"Can't we force her to be on our side?" Nelli tapped the cage. "She's so pretty."

"Don't go crazy," Philip pulled Nelli away. "We're going to reveal her identity to Xiatian, and her death will be a warning to the other Crypters."

"Are you sure?"

"Nelli," Q'yth-Az said, placing his hand on her head. "My power can only keep her down for a few days."

"You're so strong," Nelli whined. "And with most of the realm worshipping you, you should have plenty of power to do whatever you want!"

"Nelli!" A circle appeared over her head. "Know your place, and be quiet."

"Yes, your holiness."

A laugh was heard in the room. "I had no idea you were so hilarious."

"Ambassador Priscilla," Q'yth-Az let Nelli go, and she ran off to hide behind Philip. "What does his majesty want?"

"It's about something else. You see, another ambassador is in the area."

"Silo or Korisayo?"

"Neither. Xuerui, the traitor." Priscilla stared at the church, her eyes filled with disgust. "Continue preparing for Judgment Day, and don't get in my way, or else I'll kill you. Bye!"

The ambassador left without another word, and Q'yth-Az punched the wall, leaving crystals in the dent he made. Xuerui was the last person he wanted in Xiatian. The former ambassador was the only one who could destroy his crystals. He went to the cage where the Platted Knight sat. Focusing on killing her was his priority. And there was one more person that the church captured, the woman in gold, who wasn't affected by Q'yth-Az's mind control. She was one of the White King's servants and served Beryl Gut before him.

The church failed to extract information from her. She didn't react to their threats or care when they attacked. They tried to ask her why she was in Xiatian, and she had the same response each time: the White Bishop was suspicious of the Platted Knight. She defied orders, and he sent the assassin to check on her. Philip slammed his hand on the cell. The crypters weren't simple people. They wanted something if their servants were in a realm.

The assassin kept quiet. She didn't have to tell him anything. He sighed, threatening the Platted Knight's life wouldn't work when Judgement Day was looming closer, and killing her was useless since the White King had two other servants. And if the church released her, she'd become a pain in their ass. The only option was to keep her in the cell and ignore her. She wasn't trying to escape either, which made their job easy.

Despite her silence when the church harassed her, she perked up when Lucy was thrown into a cell next to her. It seemed as though they both failed the Crypters. The two started fighting until Philip threw his lance and hit the wall between them. He demanded they keep quiet unless they had information about the Crypters. Lucy crossed her arms, not reaching Philip's eye contact, while the assassin sat back on the stone seat. Neither had anything to say to him.

Alisha held the key Yu gave her. If her intel was right, the key had two parts, and the other half was around Zuriel's neck. She slouched into her chair. There were too many problems to fix. Molay sat next to her, a drink in his hand. He had news from the council that Judgement Day was coming. The worst part was that the Platted Knight was at the rope's end, and Q'yth-Az controlled the system. Alisha tapped the key on her desk. Saving the Platted Knight meant the Crypters would be indebted to the underworld, but also paint a target on them.

"They got her..." Sofitia said, sighing. "What are we going to do?"

"What can we do?" Yu responded. "It's not like we stand against Judgement Day unscathed."
