The next evening,

Izuku had gotten back after meeting with Sir Nighteye who had after some thought taken him in as an intern.

But today's morning events still lingered fresh in Izuku mind.

'Don't get your hopes up' .

'That quirk was originally meant for Mirio-kun and not for you. Even if I take you in as an intern you're the one who is going to voluntarily stamp the employment contract by yourself not me'.

Izuku knew the person who is going to take him in needs to do it not the other way around and accepts Sir Nighteye's challenge.

Izuku was secretly glad that he had read Kaminari-kun's message before going to sleep last night.

Kaminari-kun was really turning out to be a gorgeous nightmare for Izuku

The reason is that after Izuku gets accepted by the gloomily looking man he was still in shock not by Sir Nighteye's harsh words on how he is not going to acknowledge his presence on the slightest but at how Kaminari accurately predicted what was going to happen. This thought literally sends chills down his spine.

Right now back to the present.

Izuku felt embarrassed on how his friends gushed proudly over him on how easily he landed an internship at All Might former sidekick's agency. Izuku laughs nervously and darts his eyes around the common room looking for the fragile boy he scowls slightly to himself and thinks, 'Where is he?'.

Izuku was about to tell  his friends to stop with the compliments when he heard Kacchan snort in an unamused way while Torodoki Shoto repeated the words we need to hurry up and catch up with them.

That's when Aizawa sensei walked into the room and told Hado and Tamaki are looking for Uraraka Ochako and Tsuyu Asui and Kirishima Erijiou to discuss about the Hero Work Studies and Hawks wants Tokoyami to join his agency. To which Tokoyami replies to his sensei with the look of surprise that he is going to accept the Third Pro Hero's offer.  After that their sensei  leaves the dormitory building.

In budding excitement Uraraka, Asui and Kirishima run to the senior dormitory confusion and excitement that they were finally get recognised for their potential only to bump into a tried Kaminari Denki who dressed in black hospital scrubs and a jumper on top and id card entangled in one hand.

The three of them look with shock at the Denki's haggard appearance. Denki notices this and airly waves his hand and says tiredly, "Hurry, before the offer closes".

The three of his classmates blink at him in confusion. This makes Denki sigh and he quietly says, "I meant about your hero work studies".

"Oh right!" says the three of his classmates in unison and start moving towards the senior dormitory building before throwing one last look at Denki while Denki waves at them off with a fake smile.

With his friends out of sight. Denki sighs.

This was just the beginning of his first day of internship and he literally felt dead on his feet.

Denki tiredly walks into the dorm building and  Mineta Minrou asks him strangely, "Where have you been?".

Denki quietly replies, "You would not want to know about it in this life or the next".

Ashido Mina happily bounced around him and asked, "Midoriya already told us about it~". She says in a sing song manner.

'Ah that little traitor stalker jr'  thinks Denki to himself and sighs.
