Second Day of Izuku Midoriya's house arrest.

Denki was on cloud 9. He actually woke up on time for once.

Now he was waiting for the home room to begin. Denki was buzzing with excitement as today was the day. Aizawa sensei would be announcing them about the Hero Work Studies.

Jiro due to the sensitivity of her quirk and who was also his seat partner arches her eyebrow at her friend and says, "You look excited today Kaminari-kun".

Even Ashido Mina from beside him says, "Yeah, Doll-chan did something exciting happen with you today?"

"Um well I-" says Denki nervously.

Only to be saved from telling them that he landed an internship at a trauma hospital through Recovery Girl's connection but did not say this because at that moment Aizawa sensei had walked into the classroom.

After some Aizawa sensei bursts their bubble of happiness by saying only the top 5 ranked Hero Agency will be able to take some of them only as the majority of the top ranked heroes are busy with the rise of the new villains and the rise of the recent criminal activities has been steadily increasing with All Might's sudden retirement.

Aizawa sensei urges them to focus on their studies as they still have plenty of time to do this internship in the second year.

This causes the whole class 1-A to scream and cry in shock. But soon their spirits get dampened by how tough their syllabus this second semester is.

Beside the time traveler, found it easier to understand the concepts that were taught in the class than the first time.

Denki flinches while writing his notes when Ojiro's tail aggressively twitches at Midnight sensei's history lecture. Out of the corner of his eyes Denki catches Kirishima Erijiou clenching and unclenching his hands while making notes in frustration and next to him his eyes lands on the two empty seats of Izuku Midoriya and Bakugou Katsuki.

Then, he subtly tries to glance back to see Yaoyorozu Momo furiously scribbling into her notes and Iida Tenya rubbing his temples at the vast information of Midnight sensei's history lecture.

Denki sweat drops at the different expressions of his classmates.

Just like that school ended and they were back to their dormitory building.

Everyone was scattered in the common lounge room somewhere discussing how tough Present Mic's lessons were on the other hand some of his classmates were teasing Bakugou for not vacuuming the carpet properly who retaliated back at them with his explosion sparks.

Denki catches Izuku Midoriya nervously listening to the Dekusquad conversation about the Hero Work Studies and classes. That boy was twiddling his fingers near his friends in nervousness.

Denki knew that boy was curious and was dying to know about it more. But Iida Tenya had made them all promise not to tell about the Hero Work Studies to the idiots of Class 1-A who were in house arrest currently.

Denki sighs and walks up to Midoriya and hands his english and history notebook for the Poor boy to copy down in his free time.

Midoriya with a surprised face stares at the two books and takes them into his scarred hands and says, "Thank you Kaminari-kun. Um can you give me a hint about the Hero Work Studies. I know Iida-kun is listening to his conversation".

Denki glances back to see Iida Tenya was indeed listening in to his conversation.

Denki brings up his fingers. Midoriya watches Denki with curiosity as the small static electricity dances on boy'w slender fingers tips. At that moment Denki snaps his fingers.

Both Denki and Midoriya hear Iida Tenya curse for the first time. But this was not a new thing for Kaminari Denki as the future Iida Tenya would casually curse around his teammates out of frustration during rescue missions or when things did not go his way.

Some of the students of class 1-A who were present in the common room even Bakugou Katsuki heard the saintly class president curse.

Yaoyorozu Momo worriedly asks, "Iida-san is everything alright?".

Iida Tenya stares at his phone in shock. "My battery suddenly just died" said Iida with surprise in his voice, "I have to call my brother in a few minutes around this time and my phone battery has been bugging me a lot you know".

Denki uses this distraction to speak to Midoriya.

"The Hero Work Studies gives us the whole field experience unlike the internship which we did after the sports festival. Here we will be acting like sidekicks or Pro Heroes" says Denki softly.

Midoriya's eyes go wide in surprise and he starts mumbling to himself by placing his fingers on his chin in concentration.

"Huh, so that's what the class prez did not want us to know" says a hot voice next to Denki's ear shell.

Denki's face goes pink and he turns his head slightly to see Bakugou's red eyes boring into his soul. Bakugou keeps his hand around the boy's arm.

Katsuki had noticed earlier now Denki made Iida Tenya phone battery die and he did not like the way the nerd was over friendly with the fragile boy.

So Bakugou with slow steps went and stood behind Denki to listen to their conversation.

Bakugou made a 'tsk' sound. He could not participate in this Hero Work Studies as he did not pass his provisional hero licence exam.

Bakugou grits his teeth and screams at the nerd to take out the trash who yelps and runs around the room to collect the trash bags from his classmates to be thrown out.

With the nerd out of his sight now, Bakugou looks at Denki and says in his aggressive tone, "Oi Sunshine give me your math notebook otherwise I will tell the class prez about your little stunt.

"You're blackmailing me?" says Denki with an incredulous look.

"What if I am nerd" replies Bakugou with a smirk forming on his lips.

"I won't give you my notes" replies back a serious Denki.

"HUH" says an angry Bakugou now.

Denki pokes his tongue out at Bakugou in a playful manner and runs up through the emergency exit stairs. Leaving a confused Bakugou behind.

"What the hell was that just now. I only had asked for math notes" mutters a confused Bakugou to himself.

"What did you do piss him off. You clearly know he is not supposed to use stairs after yesterday's accident" says Torodoki Shoto in his monotone deadpan voice.

Bakugou Katsuki scowls and yells at Torodoki Shoto, "That's none of your business half n half and if you are so worried about him why don't you go check up on him".

Torodoki Shoto stares at the angry boy in front of him and casually says, "I was about to".

This makes an angry mark appear on Bakugou Katsuki's forehead and he uses his quirk to prevent Torodoki Shoto from taking the elevator to Kaminari's floor.

Poor Sero Hanta and Shoji Mezo had to break up the fight between the top vicious dogs while the rest of their classmates stared at them with one thought, 'What caused them to fight in such a vicious manner?'.
