Denki was literally running on adrenaline his lungs were on fire and he could literally feel his Lichtenberg scars flaring up.

He had lost count of his points after 48. Soon, the buzzer sound could be heard echoing around the arena signaling the end of the exam.

Denki lets out a big breath and tries to keep himself upright. He was already feeling the side effects of his quirk overuse.

At the very moment, Recovery girl enters the arena and starts healing the candidates, who were injured while fighting bots and she also scolded the candidates who were too recklessly using their quirk and doing daredevil stunts, hearing this Denki gulps.

Denki thinks to himself, "Shit! She is going to scold me too".

Recovery girl notices Denki standing there near the injured candidates and she walks up to him and hands him some red strawberry flavored gummy bears.

Denki accepts the gummy bears gingerly and pops one into his mouth chewing them softly, after sometime he could feel the side effects of the quirk fading away but he could not handle the burning sensation of his Lictenberg scars.

Soon a small robot escorted them to the awaiting bus, which took them to the main campus of the school.

Resolutely the candidates entered the bus with happy faces while some had long gloomy faces as they knew they had not met the criteria that was required as their quirk was  not suitable for this type of battle.

As soon as the bus comes to a stop at the main building. Denki literally leaps from the bus before the electronic doors could open.

Denki grits his teeth while running to the locker room as his whole skin was on fire.

He quickly enters the locker room and grabs his bag from the locker and rips open his top and stuffs it in his bag and brings out the cooling ointment spray and begins spraying it everywhere on his scars and  lets out a content sigh when he feels the burning sensation of pain disappearing slowly.

Then he puts on the white button up top with long sleeves but leaves the first two buttons of the shirt undone, he was not in the mood to cover his angry jagged red scars on his neck with that he puts on a baby blue sweater and black pants and grabs his black backpack and exits out of the UA building.

Then he drags his tired feet  to the train station and swipes his card at the train gates and enters the train bound to his home.

It was the rush hour but luckily he found a seat. He sits down and decides to take a nap soon that nap turns into sleep.

Denki could feel someone shaking him but Kaminari felt too tired to open his eyes.

Soon the gentle shaking turned into aggressive shaking, "Oi!".

Denki opened his eyes groggily to see Bakugou Katsuki staring down at him with red piercing eyes.

Seeing the mysterious cute boy awake Bakugou said, "That girl with the earphone quirk asked me to wake you up as your stop would be coming soon".

Bakugou uses his thumb to point in Jiro's direction. Denki eyes follows Bakugou's point of direction and sees Jiro staring at him from the far end of the carriage.

Denki smiles and waves at her. At  Denki's cute gesture Jiro faces goes red and she runs into another carriage.

Now Denki felt bewildered at her strange behaviour, and he was lost for words on what was happening but soon tear away from the thoughts when he hears a snort like laugh and looks at Bakugou, it seemed like Bakugou was trying to hold back his laugh and he also looked cool, while holding the train handle with his right hand while his left hand was in his Gakuren's pocket in which Denki knows by heart is a All Might trading card that he had held onto from his childhood days as he wanted to get an autograph from All Might.

Denki sighs as he could no longer go back to sleep and stands up and puts on his backpack on his shoulder and is about to turn towards Bakugou to say, "Thank yo-".

But it seems like fate had other plans, the train jerks suddenly throwing Denki out of balance, but Bakugou catches his arm and keeps a soft grip on his arm and keeps him steady.

Denki stammers a thank you and blushes furiously.

While Bakugou nods back but still keeps a soft grip on his arm even though Denki was a complete stranger to him.

Soon the train resumes its normal speed, and an announcement is made on the speaker of the next approaching station.

Bakugou looks Denki in the eye and boldly says, "See you one week later".

Denki looks both surprised and confused and asks, "What do you mean? I don't get it".

Slowly the train slows down and the doors open with a chime and people start getting out of the train while on the other side of the platform people enter the train.

Bakugou bends slightly down so his hair is covering his face making it hard for Denki to read his face.

After a short pause, Bakugou tells him, in such a soft voice that only Denki could hear him despite the moving crowd around them, "You look like the type of guy who would get accepted easily into UA".

Now Denki was lost for words he did not know how to respond back to Bakugou's confident statement. How was Bakugou so confident in Denki that he would get into UA.

With that Denki is brought back from his thoughts when Bakugou whispers into his ear, "Bye sunshine". And steps out of the train.

Denki watches confusingly at Bakugou's retreating back blending with the moving crowd and soon he disappears into the sea of crowd. 

Denki stares at the crowd as the  electronic doors of the train shut with a chime and his tired face is reflected on the train glass.
