Denki runs to his class and slams open the door and sees Aizawa sensei already standing there on the podium taking attendance.

Aizawa sensei turns to look at Denki.
Shouta's eyes narrow at Denki's appearance and tiredly ask, "What did you do now problem child to get injured?".

Now his classmates equally turn to stare at him.

Denki gives a nervous smile and says while scratching his chin, "Well you see there is this cute black cat roaming around the UA campus".

Denki internally flinches when Aizawa sensei starts staring at him with that look- I know you are lying.

Denki catches Ashido Mina whispering something to Asui Tsuyu while Sero Hanta grins at him and Jirou Kyouka giggles to herself. Besides that the top strongest trio of his class were scrutinizing his appearance with mixed faces.

Denki with failing hands emphasized  his point with a flushed face, "It was this cute black cat with golden eyes I swear sensei I am not lying".

Aizawa sensei sighs and pinches the bridge of nose and says after some time, "Go take your seat problem child".

Denki walks to his seat and sits down with a thump.

Soon their regular classes began after the homeroom period.

Their last class before lunch was Math.
And Denki's eye kept twitching as nothing was going on into  his head whatever  Ectoplasm sensei was teaching in front of him on the white board.

Denki unknowingly grabs his head and sighs. It was his fault for missing the classes while he was asleep at the infirmary room like a damn sleep beauty!. Denki starts to berate himself.

Ectoplasm sensei catches Denki staring at the white board with a blank expression and says, "Kaminari-kun. I believe you are having some difficulty while keeping up in class".

Denki flushed deep red when Ectoplasm sensei caught him looking all confused.

In that moment, Iida Tenya raises his hand and says, "Excuse me sensei I can lend Kaminari-kun my notes so he does not fall behind in class".

Ectoplasm sensei chuckles and says, "Kaminari you are very lucky to have such wonderful friends. Please start studying as soon as you complete your notes as next week I will be taking a surprise test".

Making the rest of his classmates groan at the mention of the surprise test.

Denki replies back quietly, "Yes sensei".

With that the bell rings indicating lunch break has started.

His friends slowly walk out of the classroom while chatting excitedly about the next heroic class and how far they have progressed with their ultimate moves.

While Sero Hanta teased Denki relentlessly while poking his forehead, "A black cat really doll-chan?. What were you exactly doing?". And on the other hand Mineta Minrou snickers and says, "Not something naughty I hope" .

The short boy immediately runs away when Dark Shadow tries to hit the short haired purple boy with its claws.

Denki only makes a 'hmph' sound while crossing his arms over his chest looking to his side.

Only for Dark Shadow to appear in front of face and say in a chirpy tone, "Hey you have the glow in the dark band aids on" and waves bye bye as Tokoyami pulls Dark Shadow to have lunch at the cafeteria before it gets too crowded.

Denki's attention is brought back when a thick book is slammed down on his desk by none other than Iida tenya and becomes pale at the sight of the thick book . 'Just how much did Ectoplasm sensei teach while he was unconscious'

Denki with a horrified face stares at Iida Tenya who pushed his shining glass up his nose and said, "These are the notes you need to complete. I can't have such a wonderful friend falling behind in class".

Now Denki quietly stares down at the notes and looks up past Iida Tenya's shoulder and meets Crimson eyes of Bakugou Katsuki who immediately reverts his gaze and pulls Kirishima Erijiou out of the classroom.

After handing out his notes Iida Tenya struts  out of the classroom with Uraraka Ochako and Midoriya Izuku who stayed behind waiting for him.

The classroom was empty now besides Denki who stood pathetically at his desk staring at the thick math notes which he needed to complete.

Denki looks sideways out of the big windows to turn only  pale when he spots a black cat strolling leisurely around the forest area of UA campus.

As if the cat knew someone was staring at him. It turns his chubby head around slowly and blinks its monochrome eyes lazily- one red and yellow. Its left yellow eye had a vertical scar running around its eye just like  Denki's neck scar.

For unknown reasons Denki's neck scar started hurting.

Denki in fright moves backwards only to hit his abdomen across Ashido Mina's desk and clutches his side in pain and again looks out the window to see the cat nowhere in sight.

What the heck his lie had actually  become true!?
