On the way out of the changing room, Denki bumps into Midoriya but does not stop and takes a turn around the corridor. Before Midoriya could even stop him.

Izuku looks back worriedly at his friend walking away from him  without even stopping. A few minutes ago, he heard some commotion  coming from the changing room and the flickering of lights occurring in the kitchen as well while he, Tokoyami and Ojiro helped Mandalay  in washing the dishes.  The flickering lights made Mandalay go out and check if something was wrong with the electrical fuse box and Izuku had his own doubts.

Izuku wonders what was wrong with his friend as he was behaving rather unusually strange than his usual self.

Izuku looks back one more time at the end of the corridor and hopes in his mind that the boy was toying with him. Maybe he is toying with him. Izuku sighs and quietly turns around to walk into the changing room.

Denki lets out a sigh of content at the steaming hot water coming from the shower head. Even the private stalls were quite big and luxurious then he had imagined. The water was just the right temperature and he did want to walk out of the stall  but sadly he had to step out. Otherwise his would go all wrinkly if he stayed much longer.

He puts on a pair of night shirt and shorts both had cute teddy bears sleeping on the clouds kind of print.

He felt embarrassed while putting on his night shirt as all his  clothes for the trip were packed by his Aunt Kiko while he was in the hospital and he can hundred percent guarantee that his aunt packed his suitcase in a hurry while being already late for her duty .

Then, Denki proceeds to apply some good amount of the body lotion and which leaves his skin feeling like a newborn baby.

He walks out of the private shower area to grab his luggage from the infirmary room. Only to stop when he hears the quiet voice of Mandalay narrating the tragic story of Kouta's parents to Midoriya.

Denki stops and leans against the wall. He did not have the heart to enter the room and the timing was not correct either.

So he stood there dumbly waiting for the topic to change only for him to sneeze loudly.

"ACHOO!".

Denki curses at himself and rubs his nose and hears shuffling of feet walking out the room.

"Kaminari-kun!".

Denki looks at Midoriya tiredly and replies with the same enthusiastic way Midoriya called him just now

"Midoriya-kun!".

Midoriya looks taken back at a taunting tone. Denki grimaces at the sound of his voice and the new meds were making him feel either guilty or high.

"I need to get my luggage from the infirmary room".

Midoriya goes quiet with a hurt expression moves out of his way while Denki goes in and grabs his said luggage and  walks out of the room into the empty hallway.

He sighs. Midoriya had left him.

He should not have spoken to him in that manner. He needs to apologise to the sweet boy.

Denki tiredly runs his fingers through his semi-dried hair.

'Sigh. What is wrong with him?'.

Out of the corner of his eye, he sees a shadowy figure glitching in the corner of the hallway.

Denki frustratedly yells out, "Who is there!".

Upon getting no reply, Denki clicks his tongue and drops his luggage on the floor and runs towards the shrouded corner of the corridor.

Only to stop and see that it was a dead end and no one there. Denki could feel his heart beat wildly in his chest.

'No no no'.

'What was happening to him'.

He sits down on the floor and brings his knees to his chest and hides his face in between his knees and starts sobbing.

'This is too much'.
