After dealing with the weak ass villain named Mustard. Denki starts running towards the direction of the centre of the forest where he has to save Bakugou before he gets pulled into the warp gate.

Cough*

Cough*

Denki stops and coughs more blood into his hands and he could feel his body screaming at him to stop! Because it could not take the load on how he was using his quirk in a versatile way which a 16 or 17  year old Kaminari Denki could do easily.

Denki knew his body would give up on him if he continued using his quirk any longer.

He stares down at his Lichtenberg scars littered on his hands and feels his throat constrict at the sight of them. They were turning purplish and black now.

Denki grits his teeth in pain
He needed to move. Time was precious. Each moment counted. He puts his pain in the back of his mind.

'This pain is nothing much compared to Midoriya Izuku and Bakugou Katsuki which they have endured in the future'.

He starts running with determination and hears Tetsutetsu yelling from behind him, "Hey Hey pretty boy wait up!".

Denki without looking back yells, "Go back to the main camp area".

Tetsutetsu immediately replies back, "haha very nice. I quite like you already!. If I leave you behind then that will make me very un-heroic and Vlad King sensei will most probably will chew my ear off, If I do that and I always follow my instincts~".

'Damn he was hard to shake off and sharp too'.

Denki clicks his tongue as he feels his body was slowly him down and replies back, "Fine do whatever you want".

Tetsutetsu hums at his words.

'Damnit it he was too late'.

When Denki arrives at the centre of the forest. He was devastated by the expressions of his friends. The warp gate was slowly dissipating in the distance before disappearing.

In front of Denki, each face of his friends had a different story to tell.

Denki had failed in saving Bakugou Katsuki.

He failed.

Denki's emotions get the better of him and all the suppressed emotions piled up in him start pouring out of him while he screams so loudly until his throat starts to hurt.

He keeps on screaming until he can scream no more.

He did not care if his neck scar started to throb. He felt so pathetic at himself he could feel the vision in front of him starts to blur due to the tears falling from his eyes and suddenly he makes the rain clouds burst on the surrounding private property and the training camp to extinguish the deadly blue flames.

looks up at the sky with rain coming down heavily on him and crouches down to calm Denki down from his crying fit.

Tetsutetsu was a tough guy but when it came to comforting someone he was totally zero in that field.

He did know what  to do and unknowingly hugs the boy only to feel the fragile blonde boy to start scratching him on his hands making Tetsutetsu activate his quirk.

"Ow ow that hurts pretty boy!"

Then, Tetsutetsu hears a cold voice speaking to him. "Leave him to me".

Shoto quickly removes his already drenched denim jacket from the pouring torrential rain and throws it over Denki's body.

Shoto grits his teeth at the sight of Denki's trembling form.

Shoto knew Denki was literally in fight and flight mode and calming him down at this rate would be a dangerous task.

He does one thing he can. He scoops up the poor boy in his arms and activates his both quirks to calm down the boy and  surprisingly it works as he feels Denki going limp in his arms .

While Midoriya too looked much worse for he seemed to have become unconscious from the pain of his
Injuries. Shoji carries the injured boy towards the camp while shoto carries Denki in his arms with Tetsutetsu, Tokoyami following them closely from behind them quietly in the pouring rain soon they are met up with Uraraka Ochako and Asui Tsuyu along the way back to the camp site both of them very equally drenched in rain as them.

The scary silence was too much for Tetsutetsu and he breaks the ice by saying, " This weather is un-brella-ievable!. This  is the first time for me to see an electric user using their quirk to make rain. Like how cool is that! To have an in depth knowledge over your own quirk. How I wish I too knew how my quirk functions as well". He ends his talk with a nervous laugh".

Everyone in the group now worriedly looked at Denki wrapped around in  Shoto denim jacket.

Both Uraraka Ochako and Tokoyami decided to walk side by side of Torodoki Shoto in order to shield Denki's Lichtenberg scars and his tear streaked face from prying eyes as they were not safe until they reached the camp side as they all were pretty much shaken up from the unexpected villain attack and were afraid that there are still some villains roaming around the area near by and waiting for an opportunity to kidnap Denki as he too was on the wanted list.

But luckily they did not take him and they were happy that he was saved but seeing him injured makes their heart ache. He was doing his best presumably  his best to protect them all.

The very thought makes Shoto's stomach twist in pain and anger and he clutches Denki tightly in his arms.

He needed to hurry back to the camp site as Denki's temperature was dropping despite his quirk which was trying to regulate it and on top of that  the light rain was making it much worse as everyone was drenched to their bones and the open forest around them started to feel cold all of the sudden.

The sound of fire engine and ambulance sirens flooded at the camp area giving  Shoto a somewhat sense of relief that help was here.

Shoto looks up at the dark sky to see the pouring rain turning into light showers.. Then looks down at Denki's tear streaked tired pale face and starts moving quickly towards one of the ambulance stationed there along with shoji behind him carrying an equally injured Midoriya Izuku on his back.

Just like Tetsutetsu mentioned earlier about Denki's quirk this was the first time even for Shoto to see how someone use their quirk in a multifaceted way so up close.

He feels a twinge of jealousy in his chest. He too needs to improve his quirk ASAP.
