This time I will protect them I won't be a coward

Everyone in dread changes into their P.E. uniform while Denki changes into his P.E. uniform in one of the bathroom stalls as he is still not comfortable changing in the locker room.

He seriously needs to start changing in the boys locker room next time as he will be spending the next three years with them in this course. He decides to take baby steps for now.

Denki is the first student to reach the P.E. ground and Aizawa Shouta looks up at him from his letter pad list of names with a look of curiosity soon that look changes into a serious face, when other students begin to arrive besides Denki.

After everyone has finally arrived. Aizawa Shouta announces to them that he is going to conduct a quirk assessment test and  if they fail this test he would expel them right on the spot immediately.

Now the whole class is ready to argue with Aizawa sensei besides Denki, who folds up his hands over his chest and begins to think to himself, on how to put his quirk to use and weighs both the pros and cons as he can't reveal that he has full control over his quirk!. He has to perform like an total amateur at the present.

Yike!  now the stakes were high and none of his friends were determined to lose.

Soon, the class goes quiet with Aizawa Sensei using his authoritative voice to keep the class in control by saying, "This is UA and things are done differently. So get yourself ready with some warming exercise the quirk assessment is about to begin". He brings out a timer and clicks on it".

A few moments into the quirk assessment tests, everyone was trying their best not to get expelled and score the highest mark while Denki tried to keep his score average as he knew this was a logical ruse, but still he tried to do his best.

Now the last test was to see how far they could attempt to throw the ball.

When it was Denki's turn to throw the ball and since the ball was made of metal parts and other electronic stuff material, he used it to his advantage by using 50% of his quirk to propel it forward and the ball disappeared with a speed of light into the sky.

With a look of amazement, Aizawa  sensei turns his smartphone to show Denki's score to his students.

Upon seeing Kaminari's score everyone's jaw dropped, he had scored infinity the same score as Uraraka Ochako.

This came as an absolute shock to Denki as he was not expecting to get a fudging infinity score!.

After Denki, it was Sero's turn to throw the ball, Sero Hanta goes forward with a confident stride and stands in the inner circle and waits for Aizawa sensei's singal.

While Denki goes back to stand next to his friends and looks at Midoriya who looks extremely pale and terrified as it was his turn next after Sero Hanta.

Denki thinks to himself that Midoriya needs to loosen up a bit otherwise his quirk might go off the tangent.

So with a sigh Denki walks towards Izuku and pokes him in the cheek to which the poor boy gets startled and lets out a yelp sound and looks at Denki with wide eyes.

Denki pats Midoriya on both shoulders and looks  Midoriya in the eye and says with a cute smile, "Don't think about it just go plus ultra!".

Midoriya stutters back with a nervous smile, "I-I thank you". And gulps in fear when he hears his name being called.

Midoriya moves away from Denki's warm touch and begins walking upfront of Aizawa sensei.

Denki turns back to see Midoriya's  performance while catching Bakugou's burning gaze at him from the corner of his eyes, but he chooses to avoid looking back at him.

For a look of motivation, Midoriya looks over at Denki.

Denki gives him a smile and thumbs up and mouths, "Plus Ultra".

Midoriya receives the throw ball from Aizawa sensei. Midoriya takes it meekly and stands in the inner circle.

Midoriya stands there for some time then he hesitantly with frustration brewing in body, immediately goes to throw the ball with a reckless plan in mind. When all of sudden his quirk gets erased by Aizawa's erasure quirk.

Midoriya gets pulled towards Aizawa with the use of Aizawa sensei's capture weapon.  

knowing this would happen at point, Denki puts up one hand on his forehead and sighs earning weird glances from his classmates.

Then, it is revealed by a surprise yell by Midoriya that their teacher is the famous underground Pro Hero: Eraserhead.

Putting all these tid bits aside, Aizawa  sternly scolds Midoriya with biting words by saying he was going to use his quirk recklessly like he did before during the UA entrance exam practical part and if he wants to stay here. He should improvise otherwise he is a burden to the hero society and he is wasting everyone's time and tells him to hurry up or is he too chicken to chicken out. With that he lets go of Midoriya and returns his quirk back to him.

Midoriya deciphers the meaning behind Aizawa sensei's s words and has a gleam of realisation in his eyes and takes a confident stance.

Seeing that knowing look in Midoriya's green eyes makes Denki grin from ear to ear.

Midoriya with a look of determination throws the ball at full speed with all his might, the ball goes up while breaking the atmospheric layers of the sky.

Aizawa sensei grins madly at Midoriya's performance and utters, "Oho".

Midoriya stands there with fierce determination burning in his eyes while clutching his swollen injured index finger says to Aizawa sensei, "Sensei I haven't given up yet".

And before you know it the quirk assessment has concluded.

In the end before the bell rings they are shown their rankings on the projectile screen and Denki was placed at 7th position.

At this Denki smiles. Seeing his ranking move from 13th to 7th was a big deal for him.

Then, after that Aizawa sensei reveals that no one is getting expelled, it was a trick to make them all bring out their full potential .

Hearing this class 1-A's  soul leaves their body as they all had worked their ass off for nothing.
