Denki was doing well so far in the preliminary phase of the exam.

Right now he needs to reach Bakugou Katsuki. He was flying through the building area.

Denki suddenly feels a boomerang coming his way . Denki immediately moves away from the whizzing  direction of the boomerang and stands on top of the street lamp while letting out a sigh.

'Whew that was a close one'.

Then he hears and detects a slight kansai dialect in the voice now saying, "Aw man I missed my shot".

Underneath the streetlight, Denki looks at the boy who stood down below on the ground rubbing his hair in frustration.

The boy was a little older than Denki so maybe he was 16 or 17 years old. Dark skinned and spiky black hair and eyes coal as black.

The way he was talking to himself. Denki could make out that he was a native of Osaka or maybe Kyoto? .So he must be from Shiketsu academy?.

'But wait'.

Denki squints his eyes. The dark skinned boy's uniform did not match with that of Shiketsu's Hero Costume. He wore a velvet maroon cloak  around his shoulders. His figure was well toned with muscles hidden underneath the black suit.

'Wait black suit?. His suit resembles to those of the agents of the hero commission'.

Denki is broken away from his thoughts. When he hears the boy down below  him speaking to Denki in a velvety kansai tone, "Hello, the name is Heiji James. What yours? O' Fair Red Riding Hood.

The boy named James Heiji stared deep into Denki's soul searching for his origin.

Denki's eye twitches at the boy's unnerved stare. Time was running out. He can't waste his time here dilly dallying. He needed to bind the boy in one place.

Upon receiving no response, Heiji looks at the boy floating in mid air and in a teasing way says, "What wrong Kaminari Denki-!?".

Heiji's obsidian eyes go wide as Denki within the blink of an eye landed on his wooden katana which he was going to turn into a sword from his quirk.

Denki digs one of the heels of his boots straight away on the agent's hands to prevent him from activating his quirk.

Before Denki landed on the boy's wooden katana. He noticed it changed its look so he acted quickly to prevent it from transforming into a deadly weapon. And he immediately wraps his vine whip around the boy's hands and sword tightly as possible

Heiji lets out a low whistle and says, "Impressive".

While Denki on the other hand darkly asks the boy in front of him, "It's very odd to see a Hero Commission Agent playing around on the exam grounds".

Both stared eye to eye in deadly silence.

Heiji stares at Denki with a astonished look and says, "You saw through me this fast but you better duck if you don't want your pretty little neck to be chopped off little red riding hood cause this wolf is quite hungry for some yummy lamb chops~".

Denki golden eyes widen in confusion but his wing cuff picks up the sound of  something whistling towards him.

'Damnit that boomerang!'.

Denki jumps from top of the sword to avoid getting hit from the incoming object.

While Heiji draws his wooden kanta back and playfully says, "Aw.. don't your grandma feed you good soup red riding hood? Just how light are you in your movement".

Denki in mid air uses his vine whip to strike at  the annoying agent only for the said agent to pull out a flash bomb from his pockets.

BOOM there is a flash of lighting surrounding Denki.

Denki shields his eyes from the blinding lights with the help of his cloak and peers down at the ground to see the annoying agent nowhere in sight.

Denki turns towards the smoke rising from the cargo area nearby him and utters, "Bakugou-kun!". And flies towards that area.

While the Agent watches Denki flying away from a telephone tower with a smirking face.

Heiji James hears his earpiece crackling and then hears Mera's voice, "You are not supposed to engage with exam students James-kun".

Heiji taps on the earpiece and replies back confidently, "Since you wrote down his name in your notepad. I was curious to check him out. He sure is an interesting one. Are we going to recruit him? Mera-san?".

Heiji could hear Mera sigh through the earpiece and speak sternly, "Thats not for you to decide James-kun. It's for Ma'am to decide".

Meanwhile,

Denki sneezed as he was currently throwing random electrical currents at the steel rods nearby.

He was confident this strategy was going to work.

Denki spots Bakugou Katsuki confronting the purple haired smirking Shiketsu student.
