Denki could hear his name and Midoriya's name being screamed by his friends down below him.
Denki opens his eyes wearily and groans at the erratic speed at which the Winged Nomu was flying at.
Hitting Denki with another wave of dizziness and from the corner of his eye, Denki sees Midoriya desparately activating One For All quirk. But suddenly Denki notices a blur figure moving towards them at a deathly speed and hitting the Winged Nomu with the dagger in the brain.
Denki could feel the creature's claws losing its grip on his cape and he falls.
Midoriya screams Denki's name and grabs his fragile body and puts himself underneath Denki, so his fragile body does not get impacted from the ground below them.
Torodoki Shoto with his quick thinking uses his ice quirk to cover the ground in order make the impact less hurtful for both of them.
Denki could feel Stain's malefic aura and his preaching yadda yadda about hero society being pretenders yadda yadda how he will purge them all.
Denki looked tiredly at Stain's hysterical speech and thought to himself 'This guy seriously belongs in the psychiatric ward as well as Shigaraki Tomura. Both of them are a nut case'.
Feeling too tired to think, Denki places his head on Midoriya's shoulder and blinks and feels his eyelids closing with sleepiness. The last thing he remembers is Midoriya's hands circling around him protectively. He sighs in his sleep.
The Siren's of the ambulance could be heard echoing in the distance.
