After regaining his consciousness and getting healed by Recovery girl who later scolded Denki lightly for overusing his quirk.

Denki also came to know that the final round of the tournament has ended between Bakugou Katsuki and Torodoki Shoto.

Denki sat on a stool chewing on some gummy bears given to him by Recovery girl.

While she had stepped out of the infirmary to inform Midnight sensei. When the two boys (Bakugou Katsuki and Torodoki Shoto) would regain consciousness and how many minutes would it take for the award ceremony to commence.

Denki pops the last gummy bear into his mouth which was green apple flavour. His favourite one.

Denki chews on it, slowly savouring the flavour and hums to himself as he starts to feel much better now.

From the corner of his eye, Denki notices Bakugou stirring and Denki stares at Bakugou's unconscious form lying on the bed and a flash of mischievous idea comes to his mind and he grins slowly getting up and walks towards Bakugou's cot.

Denki stands by the side of his bed and waits for Bakugou to wake up.

Bakugou Katsuki's eyes flutter open and he stares at the white ceiling confusedly and then turns his face towards Denki, who now brings his face a little close to Bakugou's face and says while grinning, "Good Morning Pineapple!. Looking good and very niceeee~".

Soon Bakugou's expression turns from confused to anger and he starts throwing profanities in gibberish while trying to grab Denki.

Due to his fast agility, Denki moves out of Bakugou's arm reach and sees Bakugou ever changing expressions. Denki starts laughing while clutching his stomach .

At the sound of laughter, Torodoki too woke up from his cot staring at Denki with a soft expression and Bakugou too had a soft smile on his face but that moment was short lived.

The infirmary door opens and Recovery hirl walks inside followed by All Might and Midnight sensei and some of the class 1-A students.

All Might walks directly up to Denki and pats him on the shoulder and gives Denki his signature smile and says, "Well done Kaminari shounen you have ranked third in the sports festival".

Denki's eyes go wide with shock and he starts smiling cutely and goes to high five Midoriya on both hands who reluctantly returns it.

Then All Might turns towards Bakugou and speaks in his loud booming voice, "I see our champion is awake".

At this Bakugou grits his teeth and says aggressively, "All Might senseiiii I'm not going to accept that shitty medal". And let out small mini explosions while ending his sentence.

Hearing this everyone sweat drops in the room except torodoki and thinks, 'What a vicious child he is'.

Now it was Torodoki's turn to add fuel to the fire by saying with a deadpan expression, "But you will have to accept it".

Now Bakugou jumps out from the bed with his mini explosions turning slightly bigger now, like an angry chihuahua, Bakougou says, "What part of NO don't you understand icyhot uhhhh".

Torodoki aggravates the situation by saying, " You said you were going to win and you won the tournament".

Now Bakugou replies back with venom laced in his voice, "Damn you icyhot it was not a fair battle".

Torodoki stares back for a while and replies, "Was it not fair fight?".

Bakugou was about to leap at Torodoki now but All Might luckily caught Bakugou by the cuff of his shirt's collar.

Bakugou grits his teeth and turns to look towards Denki, "Oi Kaminari!".

Denki eeps hearing his name and waits for Bakugou to speak it seemed like Bakugou was debating what his next words should be and says very slowly and calmly, "I want you to zap that icyhot, it seems he has gotten frostbite on his brain".

Hearing this Denki could only utter one word, "Eh".

Soon the awarding ceremony rolls in,
All Mights hugs both Denki and Fumikage Tokoyami and praises them. Then next he goes on to praise Shoto Torodoki as well saying he never had seen him use his quirk with such raw power. Then lastly, All Might places the champion with the golden medal around his neck while Bakugou Katsuki rages at All Might by telling, it was not a fair victory and he is not a champion but All Might rebukes him and says he is a champion still to the audiences but begrudgingly makes Bakugou Katsuki wear the medal around his neck and turns towards the mass media for pictures to be clicked.

Bakugou Katsuki silently stares at a medal in his palm and glances at Denki, who was happily smiling and talking to Tokoyami and has a flashback of what Kaminari told him before the awarding ceremony.

Kaminari Denki's words were clearly ringing in his head. 'Bakugou kun this is a sport event you can't expect everyone to equally have a strong quirk as you're under such circumstances you just have to accept it, Carpe Diem Bakugou kun'. Soon they are called on to the stage for the awarding ceremony. And the flashback ends.

With Bakugou Katsuki coming back to reality. He steps down from the podium with his golden medal around his neck glinting in the sun rays and mutters under his breath, "Easy for you to say".
