Chapter 85: WHO'S THAT POKEMON???

"A reporter?" I question.

Aizawa had called us out of our rooms one Saturday morning, gathering us in the common area.

"I wonder why they're interviewing us?" Denki thought out loud.

Ojiro quirked his tail, "the Sport's Festival was broadcasted live remember?" At that, Denki and Kirishima nod along, seemingly content with the explanation.

'hmm... a bit late for a post Sports Festival interview no? Something fishy is afoot...'

'and I'm not talking about the fish slippers on my feet right now.'

"I heard the interview and article will be about your daily activities while living in the dorms," Aizawa explained.

'who'd read news like that?'

"The principal said your guardians need to know that you're doing well in the dorms and thus approved the interview."

I purse my lips in thought.

'well that's fine and dandy for UA, but what benefit is there for the news agency covering this? Is the daily lives of UA students really that interesting of a topic?'

Then, a tall lean man with tired eyes and a camera hung from his neck stepped out from around the corner.

"You don't have to do anything special, I'll just be taking some photos of your daily lives," he smiled. "I may ask a few questions as well, thank you for your cooperation."

As I stare unconvinced at the man, a voice mutters from behind me. 

"Che, sounds like bullshit."

I chuckle, "you smell it too huh blasty?"

He scoffs, "yeah, I'm a fucking dog after all."

My mind short circuits.

'Did he- huh? Cause of what I said in front of Shindo?'

'Is he still upset by that...?'

"Uh... Kats..." I muttered sheepishly, hands fiddling with one another nervously. 

"That was a joke," another voice mumbled from behind me.

"Oh, Candycane!" I grinned, then paused. "Wait, for real?" 

I swivel my head back around and Katsuki quirks a brow at me before nodding.

'Oh a joke...'
