"RETURN THEM!"
Katsuki screams, causing Shoto to look up and notice the kids running around wielding the blonde's grenade bracers.
"THEY'RE NOT TOYS!"
"Is it alright for those things to be taken so easily?" He asked the explosive boy running by.
"IT'S BECAUSE IT'S DANGEROUS I HAD THEM SET ASIDE FOR A WHILE!"
But as the heroes were on the brink of losing it, Present Mic handed the intercom over to the elementary school teacher.
Her gentle voice came over the speakers like the lone voice of reason in the chaos of all the rambunctious cretins running amok.
"The early years of elementary school is an important period in molding personalities. Their personalities have a huge impact on their future, so we conducted psychological evaluations."
She looked down at her lap. "But these evaluations weren't omnipotent. The children of this class refused to open their hearts to us. I understand that I have to take full responsibility for this but..."
The tears that had been welling up in her eyes finally began rolling down her cheeks.
"If they can find their way back after interacting with these heroes who are working hard for their dreams..."
After hearing this, it's like a renewed sense of purpose had taken over the four heroes on the scene.
"Let's stop with the demoralizing speech. Some people are troubled." Shoto muttered.
"In other words," Inasa grinned, "we just have to get along with each other, right?"
"Let's deal with these kids..." Katsuki muttered, seemingly not getting the memo that they weren't supposed to fight the children.
"AND GET ON WITH OUR TRAINING!"
Despite his usual unfriendly tone, Shoto looked over at the blonde. It seemed like he'd had an idea.
"It's because the teacher isn't a good role model that it's gotten to this pathetic situation," he explained, raising a finger at the crotch gremlins scampering about.
"These little bastards have all the dictating power. It usually wouldn't be reduced to this without a reason."
And thus he arrived at his conclusion.
"There must be a leader leading this chaos. We have to find him first."
Shoto quirked a brow, "and then what?"
The blonde grinned, "Then we'll beat him up as a warning to the others!"
"We'll hang him on a rod and have his classmates stone him!" he laughed maniacally.
"We'll let him know how insignificant he is! IT'S THE BEST PLAN!"
Before the rest could come up with a way to stop him, Katsuki stormed in front of the kids and bellowed.
"NOW WHO'S THE MOST POWERFUL BASTARD IN YOUR CLASS?! GET HIM HERE AND FIGHT WITH ME!"
"HE'S HOPELESS!" Present Mic proclaims through the intercom.

-
"What a backward way of using violence," a smug little voice catches Blasty's attention.
The child in a purple coat and side-slicked blonde hair spoke again, "It seems you weren't brought up correctly."
"SO BAKUGOU HAD A BAD UPBRINGING!" Present Mic echoed.
"ENOUGH OF THIS, STEP FORWARD!" Katsuki screamed again.
Camie waves a hand at the boy, "teenage delinquents are extinct y'know?"
"THEY SHOULDN'T BE!"
"The first way to become good friends is to understand one another!" Inasa chirps over the screaming boomboom boy.
"WHO WANTS TO BE A HERO?!"
This attempt appears to go better, receiving several responses from the gaggle of giggling, grotesque, GAD-causing gremlins.
"IS THAT SO?" He grinned, picking up two of the children in his arms. "I want to be a hero too!"
"Heroes protect everyone's smiles don't they," he gazed down at the two children, "can kids who make their teachers cry be heroes?"
"No, they can't..." the boy muttered and Inasa hummed happily.
"Then," the seemingly innocent child spoke again, "does this mean that those who caused the teacher and government personnel to have to hold another training course just for them, like you, can't either?"
Ah. He'd been bested too...
"Don't you think these kids are toooooo hard to handle?" Camie sighed, Katsuki responding by suggesting violence once more.
"Bakugou, that's not the way to go," Shoto chided.
Katsuki seethed, "That's the way I was brought up!"
-
-
Ah, that made a lot of sense.
-
"There must be a better solution," the Icyhot boy insisted.
"Haah?" the blonde's voice was low as he issued his challenge, "show it to me then."
Shoto nodded and walked over to a group of kids.
First the little girls seemed receptive before a glimpse of Camie made them seclude themselves once more.
"Five willies is boring, lets go disturb that gorilla over there," a brat declared.
Katsuki elbowed the wind-quirk user, "You're being mocked at, baldy." "Like I said I'm not bald! :)"
'I must first show them the person I am. Otherwise they'll never listen to what I say.' Shoto pondered.
'This is something I can't avoid.'
With a deep breath he stood before the children.
-
-
"My name is not five willies, I'm Shoto, a student at UA who wants to be a hero. The current No. 1 hero, Endeavor, is my dad but I've always hated him. I decided to become a hero because-"
He was practically reading his life story from a script.
And for that the kids only had one thing to say.
-
-
"He's boring..."
And so the boy returned, dejected, to his fellow students once more.
As Inasa tried to cheer him up and Katsuki sneered, Camie spoke up.
"Sayyy, you guys have been using normie ways to approach them, wouldn't it be better if we just showed them our quirks??"
"THAT WAS WHAT I SAID." Katsuki yelled.
"No wayyyy, that's a good idea!" Camie chirped back almost instantaneously.
"There's a huge gap between us, or should I say they derive joy from our anger," Katsuki muttered, "we can't hope to fill that gap, we should jump over it and show them our abilities!"
"I UNDERSTAND!" Inasa yelled in favour of the idea.
Just as they were getting ready, a small voice yelled.
"We are more powerful than you!"
It seemed that the chaotic cretins had caught on to the students' plans, readying their quirks for battle.
Seems like our heroes have gone from fighting villains like Stain-
