The accident

Tamara was so confused when she woke up to see Lucy shaking her.

"What's happened?" She stood up

"Ur dad's missing." Lucy sighed

"What? How?"

"I don't know, he clocked out of work at 10pm and no one's seen him since."

"What do we do?"

"I don't know, Angela is coming over." Lucy wiped her eyes.

Just as she said that there was a knock at the door. Lucy ran over and opened it. Angela stood there still in her pyjamas.

"Any updates?" She asked.

"Grey said he was making some calls then he would call me back. I feel like we need to go to the station or something." Lucy paced

"Is grey working the night shift then?"

"Yeah, I think we should go in." Lucy decided.

"I'll go get changed." Tamara stood up and walked into her bedroom.

"I'm going to grab a hoodie, do u need anything?" Lucy asked Angela.

"Do u have a hoodie?"

"U can wear one of Tim's."

"Thanks."

Lucy went into the bedroom and pulled two hoodies from the wardrobe. One being one of hers and the other being Tim's.

"U can wear mine." She passed it to Ange before putting Tim's on.

"U ok Luce?" Angela asked

"Not really but it's fine."

Angela grabbed Lucy's hand and squeezed it.

"Everything will be ok darling."

"What if it's not? He's been gone 5 hours now. Who disappears for that long?"

Tamara reappeared from her room.

"Let's go," Angela said leading the way to her car.

The three of them piled in and drove to the station. Lucy was so anxious the whole way. Not a word was said during the drive.

They parked at the station and went straight to Greys office. The station was so busy, everyone running around talking about Tim.

"Fuck this is bad." Lucy whispered.

They went into greys office and sat down.

"We are trying to find him Lucy, do you have any idea where he might have gone?"

"Honestly I have no clue, this is not like him at all."

"We have footage of him leaving the station at half 10 so we are trying to follow him through traffic cams."

"Would his phone not have tracking?" Angela asked

"It was last active just outside the station so it either died or was powered off." Grey sighed.

"I'm going to go and help out." Angela stood up and left the office.

Lucy and Tamara sat on the sofa opposite greys desk. Lucy was zoned out and tam was on her phone.

Hours were passing by and still no sign of Tim. Grey had started calling hospitals to see if he had been brought in.

So much time had passed that it was getting light outside. Lucy stood up and walked out the office not saying anything.

"Lucy where u going?" Grey called after her.

"I need to go for a walk." Lucy snapped.

She walked to out the front of the station and sat on a bench. She stared into space while puffing her vape. She was so scared about where Tim was.
