Hours later Angela had finally replied, she had taken the kids to visit their grandparents so would be back in a little while. Meanwhile Lucy sat in the break room until she heard a commotion outside. It was Tim talking with grey. Lucy sat and listened to their whole conversation.

"Sir I didn't do anything wrong! I let her out of the car when she asked!" Tim yelled.

Lucy rolled her eyes, hearing Tim lie to grey like that made her so angry.

"Bradford, I was trying to have a conversation as a friend rather than your superior but you're making this difficult." Grey calmly responded.

"Sorry." Tim mumbled.

"I thought things were going good between you two, what happened?"

"She didn't want to meet my sister for literally no reason at all." Tim knew full well he was lying.

Lucy just wanted to burst out the room and scream at Tim,

"Tim I know what happened between Lucy and ur sister."

"Oh my god why does she tell u everything?" Tim rolled his eyes.

"I can't understand why u would think taking her to ur sisters without telling her was a good idea?"

"I just want them to be friends again, they aren't because of me." Tim's expression was pure guilt.

"Speak to Lucy and see what she wants to do, don't just go ahead and try to fix things on ur own." Grey tried to give advice.

"Grey she has literally lost everything because of me, our marriage, our daughter, our home, her best friend and now she doesn't want the baby."

Lucy was in shock, did Tim really believe it was all his fault. Well most of it was but not all of it.

"That's not all ur fault Tim, and there's time to change things."

"I guess."

"Why don't u phone Lucy later and have a talk, try work things out."

"Alright," Tim walked off, he felt bad for what happened but also angry at Lucy for telling grey.

Angela arrived to get Lucy, by now it was dark outside. She had been waiting in the station for 8 hours. As soon as Angela saw Lucy she ran over and hugged her tight.

"Lu I'm so sorry, we drove all the way to Wesley's mom's." Angela felt so bad.

"It's fine." Lucy didn't really have much else to say,

"I can't bloody believe Tim! Next time I see him I swear to god."

"I just can't believe he would do that." Lucy sighed.

"He's so childish."

"Ange I heard him talking to grey, he blamed himself for everything.."

"Lu he is to blame, he did nothing to help when Tamara was misbehaving and look what's happened." Angela was still fuming with Tim.

"I guess so.."

"Let's get u home."

On the drive home Lucy stared into the darkness, what had her life become? Just under a year ago she had a happy family now she's about to have a baby and feels alone.

The second they pulled onto the driveway Lucy got out and went straight inside. Angela chased after her to check she was alright.

"Lucy, wait."

"What?" Lucy asked with attitude.

"You have got that appointment tomorrow with Bailey and John."

"Crap."

"What's wrong?"

"I'm not in the mood for it." Lucy rolled her eyes.

"Luce u need to go u can't let them down."

"Ange I'm worried.."

"What's wrong darling?" Angela gestured for Lucy to sit on the sofa with her.

"The appointment is to check the baby doesn't have any conditions." Lucy looked down.

"What's wrong with that?"

"Angela I smoked and drank multiple times while I was pregnant what if I've hurt the baby." Tears pooled in her eyes.

"Lucy it's ok, I'm sure it will be fine and u get to find out the gender. that's so exciting!" Angela was trying her best to comfort Lucy but she too was worried about the baby's health.

"What if it's not ok?"

"Bailey and John will still be great full for the chance to become, parents together." Angela smiled.

"What if they change their mind?" Lucy's head was spinning out of control.

"Lu if they do then we will sort it out, u need to get to sleep u have got to be up early."
