Hungover

"Lu u need to get up," Angela knocked gently on Lucy's door.

"I cannot go to work like this!" Lucy groaned.

"Can I come in?"

"Yep."

Angela let herself in and sat on the end of Lucy's bed.

"Luce, do u remember last night?" Angela tried to hold in her giggles.

"A bit, I remember throwing up when we got back."

"Ok well all I'm going to say is you and Tim were flirting the whole day and u fell asleep on his lap."

"No way?!" Lucy was so embarrassed

"Lu don't worry about it, he's still so into you."

"Really?"

"Yep, anyway u need to get ready we are leaving in half an hour."

Lucy got up and had a shower like usual, today she tried a new makeup look to really help her eyes pop. She knew she wouldn't see Tim but she wanted to look cute anyway. Lucy picked out her outfit which was an olive green tank top and some jeans.

She went into the kitchen to grab something to eat before work.

"Cute outfit Lu," Angela complimented.

"Thanks Ange," Lucy popped her toast in the toaster and made her way over to willow. Her head was booming.

"Auntie Lulu!" Willow smiled.

Lucy picked her up for a cuddle.

"Good morning my princess, how are u this morning?"

"Bad! I don't want to go to nursery!" Willow changed from smiley to angry

"Why not baby?"

"She's been like this all morning." Angela chimed in.

"I miss u and mommy when I'm there." Willow looked sad.

"I'm on a half day today, why don't I pick her up early?" Lucy suggested.

"How come ur only working the morning?"

"I was supposed to have another therapy session,"

"Well I'm sure she would love to spend the afternoon with you." Angela was so happy to see Lucy getting back to her old self.

"YAY!" willow yelled.

Lucy winced at this loud noice.

Lucy finished eating her toast and went out the front for a cigarette, when she got back inside she took some ibuprofen for her headache.

"Ange where's my meds?"

"I've got them Lu,"

"Can I have them please?"

"I'll give u two ok? Then if u need more come ask me ok?" Angela was dreading this conversation.

"Why?" Lucy asked bluntly

"Because if u take too many it can kill."

"But I wouldn't do that?"

"Lu when ur having an 'episode' anything can happen, wouldn't u rather be on the safer side?"

"Whatever." Lucy couldn't be bothered to argue.

Shortly after the two of them got into the car, Wesley took willow to nursery and Jack to school.

They had almost arrived at work when Lucy could feel herself getting worked up, maybe it was just the anxiety of seeing everyone after last night's antics.
