Bomb

A little while later they arrived at Angela's, they went into the house. Tim sat on the couch whilst Lucy went and changed into a pair of jeans. She came out now ready to go.

"U look so pretty." Tim complimented

"Thank u babe."

"I need to be back by 3pm to pick tam up so we have a good few hours to shop." Tim smiled.

"Let's go then."

Lucy grabbed one pill out the bottle so she could take it at lunch time, she put this in her pocket along with her other things.

They spent the afternoon looking at clothes and grabbing lunch, it was now 2pm and they were heading back to the truck so Tim could collect Tamara on time . Lucy's arms were filled with bags, Tim had treated her to a few things she was wanting.

Once they got in the car Lucy decided to give Angela a quick call to see how she was.

L- hey Ange u ok?
A- um it's a bit chaotic here , I was just about to call u to ask if ur still at Tim's?
L- no why?
A- Lu there's a van packed with c4 driving around
L- crap ur joking?
A- no we are having to shut down roads which is causing so much traffic
L- what can we do?
A- can u collect willow and Bea from daycare and then Jack and Lila from school, we have no clue when we will be able to get off work
L- yes of course,
A- metro needs Tim but then u will be alone
L- Angela I have got this, I'll go grab all the kids and take them to Nolan's, his house is furthest from the city.
A- r u sure about this?
L- yes Ange trust me.
A- I do,
L-just please be safe.
A- I will Luce, I love u
L- why r u saying that? Don't say that, ur scaring me
A- it will be ok darling I've got to go.

Lucy was panicking,

"Baby what's happened?" Tim asked confused.

"There's a bomb driving around the city, metro needs u but first we need to pick all the kids up from school because no one can get off work."

"Oh crap."

"Drop me at Angela's so I can grab my car, I'll go get willow and Bea, u need to get Jack, Lila and tam and bring them to Nolan's ok?"

Tim speeded through the roads, when they pulled up at Angela's Lucy jumped out and Tim immediately drove off. Lucy knew she couldn't mess up, there was no room for error.

She got into her car started it up and drove to the nursery, it was only a few blocks away. She walked in and spoke to the receptionist.

"Hi I'm here to collect Bea Nolan and Willow Evers."

"Sorry who are u?"

"Lucy Chen, a family friend. Both parents are currently stuck at work and have asked me to collect."

"Let me check our system to see if ur approved for collection."

"This is urgent."

"Ok right it says ur authorised to collect both, I'll go grab them now."

"Thank u."

A few minutes later willow came running out followed by the worker carrying Bea.

"Hello girls."

"Auntie Lulu!" Willow squealed

"U had a good day?" Lucy took Bea from the worker.
