Okay, maybe I was over reacting earlier....I love being back home. The moment I stepped into the house this morning, a thousand memories flooded my head, thousands.
Sophy and I have been talking since I got here, till now and it's currently 8:22. Nothing had changed about her, except her figure....she looked like she had added a bit of weight, and I love it.
"I can't begin to imagine the type of people you've met so far" she holds on to Natalie almost throughout the entire conversation
"Since I got to MFE? I've met a lot, trust me. Good, bad, crazy and rich, nice and rich..... it's all Morgan really. Her image simply built mine"
She smiles "I'm really happy for you, with all sincerity...I am. Do you know how you looked this morning? You've passed through some serious upgrade"
I shrug with a smile "Morgan's doing"
"Are you going back?" She pouts
"I have to. I'm only here till after Christmas"
She holds on to Natalie "you want to take away my godbaby?" she whines
"You still have like two months with her, we still have to plan your wedding though" I wink at her
As if on cue, Jeffrey walks in
"Sophia, I'm....back?" He comes to a stop and tries to observe the scenario
Sophy whispers "we have a superstar in the house"
He stands there in complete shock "I can see that" he also whispers, staring at me
I wave with a smile "missed me?"
He turns to Sophy "you won't be mad if I hug her, right?"
She chuckles "of course not, silly"
I stand up, walking towards him and he immediately envelopes me in a hug
"Awwn, the moment" Sophy wipes away her fake tear
"When in God's name did you get back?" We pull back
"I got back last night" I said, mid chuckles
He places both arms on my forearms, observing me "Jesus Christ, you look so different. Is this Courtney Jones?"
I nod with a smile "apparently"
His attention then travelled to Natalie
"Oh wow" his brows shoot up
He places his bag on the floor and his documents on the table as he begins to head to the couch
"I know I've seen her before....but I still can't believe she's real" he strokes her hair slightly while she stares at him, chewing on her hand
"Well, better believe it." Sophy smiles "my goddaughter is as really as her mum's blonde hair"
"Great choice of comparism" I say to her
"Are you leaving anytime soon?" He turns to me
"Till January"
He sighs "enough time to get this wedding plans dones, this girl is soul tied to you"
She gives him a slap behind his head while I burst out laughing
"She's my first boyfriend, so be respectful" she informs him
I nod "did you hear that? So be respectful"
He places his hand where she had hit me "women are crazy"
I shrug "so are men, but you don't hear us complaining"
The mood was disrupted when Jeff's phone rings. He Immediately pick up
