"Take that design out, it's giving too many colors and the neckline is so off. No way." I flip the pages closed, handing the book back to the lady.

"Yes, Ma, I'll do that immediately" she rushes off.

I place my hand on my forehead as I begin to feel that slight dizziness from this morning.

"I honestly need a break" I whisper to myself.

The boutique is as full as always, customers lined up in various sections of the the two story building, checking out our perfume samples, make up samples, shoes, bags and our major—outfits.

My eyes scan the room, a grin forming on my face.

"Mama!"

Almost heading back into my office, I hear my name from the entrance, turning around to see my mini me running towards me with little feet.

"Oh c'mon, Mama" I let out a chuckle as I crouch down so she could run into my arms

"You'll hurt yourself, Natalie. No running around, I've told you" I stand to my feet.

"I missed you" she mutters with a pout, her beautiful grey eyes staring at me sadly.

"God, I just love you too much" I plant kisses on her cheek which causes her to giggle.

I turn back to the entrance to see My Workaholic, at the same time always available husband walking him with customers and works greeting from every angle.

How can some be a workaholic and always be available?

"Right in time?" He stops right in front of me

I shrug with a smile "as always"

A warm smile forms on his face as he brings his hand to my cheek, caressing it with his thumb.

"How've you been feeling?"

I sigh "a little tired, let's just go to the hospital."

I turn to one of the boutique workers "Anna, please get me my purse from the office"

"Right away, Ma'am"

I turn back to Eric "how was she at work today?"

"My baby's always composed" he gently pinches her cheek "besides, Gloria hijacked her through out the day"

"Isn't she almost at her due date? She should be at the hospital by now"

He let out a chuckle "Gloria's a stubborn head, you know that"

"Here it is, ma'am" she arrives

I take my purse from her and turn back to Eric "shall we?"

"Good afternoon, Mr and Mrs Martinez" the doctor greets with a smile as she haves her seat behind her desk.

"Good afternoon, doctor" Eric greets "is the test result out already?"

He nods "She's just stressed. She needs a whole lot of rest to reenergize herself."

"Like for how long, doctor?" I ask

"9 months actually"

Eric and I turn to each other before turning back to the door

"What do you mean 9 months?"

Aren't you curious?

"You're pregnant, Mrs Martinez" she breaks into a smile.

Eric's eyes widen "My wife's pregnant?"

The doctor nods with a grin on her face

"What's pregant?" Natalie asks, confusion clear as she turns to me.

"It's Pregnant, Mama." I chuckle "means you'll be having a little sister or brother soon"

"Brother, Sweetie, you'll be having a brother soon" Eric immediately cuts in

I couldn't help but laugh out.

I apply my face serum, tapping it gently into my skin and gradually preparing for bed as Eric walks into the room.

"You know what, Jeff, just keep that till tomorrow. We'll sort it out then" he takes a seat "alright, have a good night"

I wipe my hands before heading towards the bed. I crawl behind Eric as he sits with his back towards me, wrapping my hands around him.

I feel his formally stiff body begin to relax as he rests his arms against mine.

"You're my only remedy to stress" he says, his voice calm and relaxed.

I rest my cheek on his shoulder, placing a kiss on his cheek "I'm your wife, I should be"

He slowly let go off my hands, turning around to me while I still had my knees on the bed and leaning on my heels right next to him.

I see that soft look appear in his eyes as his gaze gently search mine.

"You're my greatest treasure" he places a hand on my cheek "don't ever forget that"

A soft smile forms on my face as I bring one hand to my belly "and I'll give you more treasures. First, Natalie, now, a little bun" I chuckle

He gives a small smirk "what do you want this time?"

"A boy"

Like why not?

His smile broadens "We'll have a boy, My love"

I lower my head, placing a gentle kiss on his lips

"I love you so much" I whisper, our faces just an inch away.

His gaze searches mine as a smile grows on his face.

"I love you a whole lot more"
