"We have branches all over the states though, one's already in LA.....Why are you opening another?"

Morgan scheduled another call for She, Clinton and I, and this time, it's to discuss about the new boutique branch she plans on opening in LA.

The only question is, Why?

"Well, I know we have branches everywhere and we originally have a main branch here in New York...but it makes little sense that the company is in New York, as well as the main branch of the boutique. I want to give MFE lovers a chance to feel our creation around them, and not just a bit of it, I want a lot of it." She explains "I'm not shutting down the branch here, but I'll make the one about to be built in LA the main branch where any and every MFE design is available, and when I mean any and every, that includes the new ideas I have...."

What's with suspense?

"You're definitely not playing this new year" Clinton chuckles

"Definitely not, My love. So, this New year, we'll be launching MFE make-up products and perfume collections?"

My eyes widen in surprise "are you serious? Makeup?"

"Perfume?" Clinton chimes in

"That sounds amazing!" The thought made me suddenly excited

"Talk about an upgrade" Clinton agrees

"Big upgrade, Guys. Morgan's Fashion Empire is huge and we can definitely have more departments. The building of the boutique should commence by December and I'm planning on working with Martinez constructions"

Well, that was very unexpected.

"So, Courtney, My love, be expecting to see me soon. I have a lot to discuss with you and your boyfriend"

"Boyfriend?" Clinton asks "Courtney.....has a.... boyfriend?"

Well, I'm in trouble

"I think Natalie's crying, I really have to go. We'll talk later guys, have a lovely day" and I immediately end the call.

Talk about drama. Clinton doesn't even know Eric is Natalie's Dad and neither does he know I'm with him currently.....I need a drama free life for once, just for once.

"What vibe are you actually going for?"

Sophia has multiple of colour themes she wants for her wedding, but all had different vibes to them which makes it hard to choose.

"I don't know" She whines "I just want something sweet and bright, but also elegant and simple"

"Then why in God's name is Maroon here?"

She pouts, playing with her fingers slightly "it looks pretty"

"Sophia, Maroon works with elegance and royalty, Yes, but it's definitely not sweet and bright....same as Royal Blue"

"That's what I get for asking a designers to choose colors"

I let out a slight chuckle "I'm sorry but I'm really serious about colors. If you're going for something bright, you should be looking at white, with any other sweet color like yellow or pink..... although, since you want it elegant and not like a kids birthday party, Nude or Peach would be just perfect."

"You think so?"

I hand her my laptop to scroll through the pictures I found before a knock sounded on the door.

"I'll get it" I leave her with her pictures as I open up the door for Gloria....who I wasn't expecting actually.

"Oh, Gloria, Hi.... wasn't expecting you."

"I know, sweetie, can I come in?"

"Of course" I step aside and she walks in

"Hi, Sophy....sorry for disturbing you guys, but Courtney, I'm confused on what to wear for Daniel's birthday"

I shut the door and walk towards the couch, taking a seat beside her

"You want me to make something for you?"

"That'll be too much work for you, I just need your help with ordering an outfit. I saw a whole lot....I don't even know which to go for anymore"

I take in a deep breath.....lord, help me.

"Uhm.... just give me 15mins, I was helping Sophia out with her wedding theme and I'll help you as soon as I'm done with that"

"That's not a problem. I actually have an invitation card for her from Daniel to his party"

Sophia suddenly looks up at us "Are you serious?" She puts the laptop aside "Daniel Grey is inviting me to his birthday party!?"

"Yes, sweetie, he is....you can't be left out and neither can Jeff. His invite is with Eric"

Sophia holds on to the card like a treasure she just discovered "oh my!" She squeals

"Sophy, C'mon" I chuckle at her excitement

"It's easy for you to be calm because you're famous"

I innocently raise my hands in defeat "sorry, ma.... enjoy all you want, I'll just help Gloria out in the meantime"

"Go ahead"
