Best Friends (A Joe Sugg Fanfiction)

Chapter Two

JOE'S POV

When I got the text from Emily I felt so bad for her but luckily her parents hadn't taken her phone off her. It was Christmas in 2 weeks and Zoe was already very excited and it was bloody annoying. I woke up the next day had a shower and rushed to meet Emily, she finally turned up at 8:15 she was never on time I swear that girl! I wore a blue shirt with red lines on and some jeans, I thought I looked cool. We walked to school and it was the last day before the Christmas holidays and me and Emily were very hyper. School went very, very slowly and it was extremely boring. When it finally finished me and Emily rushed to the shops to buy each other a gift because Emily wouldn't be allowed any other time because of being grounded so we had to rush, I brought her a Real Madrid top which was her favorite team and then I had Ronaldo put on the back with his number, he was her favorite footballer. She was always going on about how he had good pacing and was very fast.

Sadly Emily couldn't hang out with me afterwards so we departed. When I got home I quickly got into some warmer clothes. I told my dad that I was going out and met with the lads we were mucking around in the snow and had a massive snowball fight. Every one targeted me because I was the smallest, it was so unfair! I basically had to run off and hide but they found me and I got covered in snow. I was bloody freezing, 'Guys!' I laughed and they were in stitches. 

'Nice hair Joe!' one of them laughed.

'Cheers mate' I smiled.

When we had all finished mucking around I went back home and decided to text Emily:

Joe: Just been out with the lads, it was a shame you weren't there :(

Emily: I know :( wished I was there. Stuck in studying. Not allowed to play football for my team either! :'(

Joe: That's just tight! See you soon yea?

Emily: Not until the schools Christmas party :(

I couldn't believe that her parents wouldn't even let her go to play football, that was the one thing that she loved to do! I heard Zoe recording a video for her YouTube channel, she had a few thousand subscribers and she was doing something that she loved. 'Joe!' she shouted I walked into her room 'can you see if I'm in focus?' I nodded to say that she was in focus and stayed in her room watching because I was very bored. It fascinated me how fun it looked and when Zoe started editing the video it looked so fun and I wanted to have a go. 'Joe why don't you make your own YouTube channel?' Zoe sounded really enthusiastic, 'I'll think about it...' then I walked out of her room and back into mine. 

I know that it sounds bad and all that for my other friends and don't get me wrong I loved them all but I was so bored, I loved spending time with Emily whether we were going on an adventure or playing football and rugby. She was my best friend and it was such a shame that I had to wait another day till the schools Christmas party until we could see each other and just be big idiots. The time was now 11pm and I was so bored so I decided to go to sleep. 

(The next day)

Me and Zoe were going shopping to buy our outfits for the party, we went to the few shops that we had in Bath and brought the clothes. It took Zoe bloody ages and I was so fed up I wanted to go home! I was going to get rid of the blonde in my hair fairly soon even though it was a waste of hair dye, never mind! It was just for a laugh. Me and Zoe went to see my mum for an hour or two because my parents weren't together anymore which was kind of sad at the start but now I completely understand why and I respect both of them for it. Emily was there for me during their split and that is when we truly did become the best of friends and she was the only person that I had ever cried in front of which was mad. On that same day we made an oath that no matter what happened we would always be close and stay best friends. And I hope that we do, I love her but not in that way! She was just great to have around and awesome company.
