Best Friends (A Joe Sugg Fanfiction)

Chapter Sixty-Seven

I hugged Joe goodbye and went to get Jack and Rose to take them home at least now Joe knew how I felt about everything. Jack was asleep by the time I got to the apartment but Bella helped me and carried him to the car while I carried a sleeping Rose. I mean Bella was lovely she seemed like a nice girl who was a great friend but it hurt when I saw her with Joe. 'Hey Em, I just want to say that I think you are lovely and I want to be friends with you' Bella said as we reached the car. We put both kids in their car seats and I decided to hug Bella because she was being so nice to me.

I waved goodbye to her as I started to drive off and that was the start of a very weird friendship. The day after all that happened I invited Bella around for a girly day and night while Joe took the kids out. They arrived at my house and I invited them in. Rose and Jack were still asleep and I was just doing the cleaning in the house. I was trying my hardest to get past the fact that I was missing Joe by making friends with them both but it still hurt deep down. Just as I had sat down after making them a drink Jack started to cry. 'Mummy duties are calling I will be back in a second' I smiled as I rushed into Jack's room I picked him up out of his cot and snuggled him tightly to stop him from crying.

I quickly got him changed into a cute little outfit and carried him into the living room. I put him down and he started to play with his toys. At that moment Rose walked down the stairs into the living room. 'Morning baby girl, what do you want from the cafe today?' I laughed and she did to.

'Toast please mummy' She replied.

'Okay then, if you would like to have a seat at one of the tables I will bring your food to you. That'll be £2 please' She pretended to give me the money and I started to tickle her. 'There's your change' I laughed before going to make her some toast. When I brought it back to her she said thank you and I asked Jack what he wanted to eat but he didn't want anything. 'Sorry about that it's chaotic in the morning' I said to Bella and Joe as I sat down again.

'It's fine honestly you're a brilliant mum' Bella said to me and I said thank you back.

'Where do you want to go with daddy today Rose?' I asked her as she finished her piece of toast.

'Black Gang Chine!!' She said excitedly and Joe said that was okay. Rose quickly got changed and then they left. I ended up sticking on some Disney movies while I painted Bella's nails with a pretty chevron pattern. Nail art was my hobby which my fans didn't know about and I loved to paint people's nails so much! 'So not long now till the wedding' I said randomly to start a conversation. 'I know it's scary! Will you do my hair and nails for the wedding?' she asked which I'm not going to lie made me happy because she could have asked anyone but she asked me. 'Sure' I replied and we ended up getting to know each other a lot and became really good friends.

(The morning of the wedding)

I got up early so I could head over to London for this wedding. Rose and Jack were with Joe already because they both had a part in the wedding. I had a quick shower and dried my hair before putting on my makeup and putting my hair in a messy up-do which turned out amazingly and then I put on my dress which was a light pink almost baby pink dress which came to above the knee on the top half there were two lines of a pink pattern I put on some nude high heels and I was all ready to go (see image, second on the left).

I got in my good old silver Mini Cooper and tried to prepare myself for crying. I drove all the way to London and knocked on Joe's door because I didn't know where Bella was going to be so I decided to ask him first. 'Em? Hey' Joe said as he answered the door.

'Hey, I'm guessing you know where Bella is, she asked me to do her hair and nails for the wedding but never said where she'd be' I responded trying to get my mind off how perfect he looked standing there in a burgundy suit. 'Come here Joe' I said as I walked closer to him so I could sort out his tie. I looked up at him and realized how close our faces were. I quickly stepped away, 'are you okay Emily? I know this is going to be tough on you' he said sympathetically.

I went to turn away and go to where he said Bella was to try and stop myself from having the urge to kiss him but when I turned away he grabbed my hand. 'Fuck, fuck... I love you Emily' he shouted as he pulled me into his apartment and before I could say anything he kissed me passionately. It felt amazing!

'You have to go through with the wedding, it's too late' I whispered as he had his hand on my cheek. I pulled away and left I had to get Bella ready.
