Best Friends (A Joe Sugg Fanfiction)

Chapter Forty Three

(A few months later)

I woke up feeling amazing next to my husband, I walked into Rose's room and picked her up. 'Hello princess' I smiled as she opened her eyes, I walked to the kitchen and gave her a bottle of milk before we were joined by a sleepy Joe. 'Whose my two favourite girls?' he smiled before kissing us both on the forehead. 'Do you mind looking after Rose while I go to a YouTube meeting?' I asked him smiling I was now really big on YouTube with 11 million subscribers and counting, it was unbelievable. I gave Rose to Joe and went to grab a quick shower and got changed. I wanted to look as much of a yummy mummy as I could so ended up wearing a striped blue and white t-shirt with three-quarter length arms, some blue chinos and ballet pumps with a yellow leather handbag.

I walked into the living room to see Joe making funny faces at Rose, it was adorable. 'I'm going to nip to your dads after the meeting is that alright?' I asked him just making sure that he didn't want to come too. 'That's fine Em invite him over for dinner one night that he's free' he smiled at me, I walked over to him and kissed him on the cheek then I kissed Rose on the forehead. 'By my two favourites' I laughed before shutting the door. I got in my car yes it was still my Mini Cooper: One in silver because it was my favourite car ever! I headed through the busy streets of London on my way to the meeting to discuss me bringing out a book. I hadn't told Joe yet because it was a big surprise but I was so excited.

I stepped into the room where my agent, Leo, was waiting for me. I hugged him and we discussed what the book would be like, what I wanted it to be about and all those things. After the meeting we arranged another one and I drove all the way to Bath. I knocked on the door to see Graham smiling as he opened it. 'Em! How are you?' he asked pulling me into a massive hug. 'I'm doing good, how are you?' I asked back and he said he was okay. 'Do you mind if I get a couple of things from Joe's room? I want old memories of us' I smiled and he nodded. I walked to Joe's room and saw his Pokemon cards straight away, I nearly teared up remembering when we used to finish school and just play with the cards until I had to go.

I saw our sledge which we had attempted to put together when it snowed but it didn't work. I saw old cinema tickets which Joe had kept from when we went to see Mission Impossible and Terminator. I also saw his old guitar which he got for Christmas one year, his face lit up and he played it everyday to me. He sang along to the songs and his voice was heavenly, I thought back to the year when I brought him a black and white electric guitar which he used in one of his videos when he played a snippet of midnight memories. I came across all of our old photos the one from the dance when I looked really girly and one from primary school when we were in a Christmas play together. I couldn't help but get teary when looking at these.

'It's amazing isn't it' Graham said from behind me. 'Two people who have liked each other since primary school could go on to finally having their first kiss, becoming a couple, losing a child, marrying each other, having a baby and now being happy together' he smiled.

'How did you know that I liked Joe for that long?' I laughed.

'Well whenever you were with him you had a twinkle in your eyes and when you weren't with him or you fell out the twinkle was gone. It's still there today' I laughed because I didn't even notice any of this. I had a drink of tea with Graham and invited him around to my house for tea when he was free. I still didn't live with Joe but he was around all of the time so that was nice. I left Graham's and he had arranged to come for tea tomorrow night. I drove back to London and walked through the front door where I was flooded by cuteness. On the sofa Joe was lay next to Rose hugging her as they both slept. I took a photo for Twitter because Jemily shippers loved this type of thing. @EmilySugg: Love little moments like this, walking in to these two like this is amazing. I love my family! <3 The comments started to flood in.

I smiled and Favorited as many comments as I could. I looked at my clock which was now on 8pm so I gently took Rose from Joe's arms being careful so I didn't wake either of them up and then I put Rose in her cot before heading to bed.

(Rose's First Birthday)

The day had come and Rose was now one, our YouTube friends decided that we would all go to a zoo for the day so Joe put on a white t-shirt and some denim shorts with a red snap-back and I wore a black skater skirt with a white t-shirt tucked into it with some white vans. We let Rose open her presents which were; a new teddy bear, a few new outfits and a princess doll. I put her in one of the new outfits, white tights with a floral dress and pink cardigan. I also put her hair into a pony tail because she had lots of hair the same colour as Joe's. In fact she looked exactly like him. We set off in my car with me driving and Zoe, Tanya, Jim and Alfie had arranged to meet us there.

We played Disney songs in the car and Rose sang along to some of them because she could talk now. Joe placed his hand on top of mine and I smiled when he did this. Our relationship was still like it was when we first started dating which made it even better. We arrived and I got out my vlogging camera, Joe pushed Rose around in the pram while I vlogged a little and then we would switch so I pushed Rose and Joe vlogged. We went into the park firstly because that was closest to us, Joe picked up Rose from her pram and put her on his lap as he slid down the slide. Rose found this very amusing, Joe did this several times before Zoe pestered him to let her spend time with Rose so he did.

As I result of this I grabbed Joe's hand and ran to the zip-wire where I sat on first and Joe pushed me and then vice versa. We were like big kids and it was so amazing, I ended up chasing him around with a handful of grass because I wanted to throw it at him. Of course he snuck up on me and I jumped so much that I dropped the grass and fell over. I fell on to a hill so Joe decided it would be a fun idea to roll down it and we did this for a while before lying down on the grass out of breath as I rested my head on his chest hearing his heart beating.
