Chapter Fourteen

EMILY'S POV

A week had passed by and I still hadn't heard from Joe or seen him. The only way I could see him was over YouTube. I watched his videos but it wasn't the same and I just ended up crying after each one. He hadn't text or emailed me which was killing me. I had called him everyday since he left but he didn't answer any of my calls or reply to any of my texts. I hadn't been eating right and had dropped from a size 8 to a size 6. I had tried to fill the whole in my life by exercising everyday but it made me feel weaker and weaker because I wasn't eating. I wasn't even sleeping right. I went out for a run one day around London when I saw Jim walking around shopping for Tanya. 'Jim!' I shouted and he turned to look at me 'Emily, hi' he said in his cheery voice.

'How's Joe?' I asked a little concerned. He looked a little sad when I asked. 'OMG, what's happened?' 'I don't know how to tell you this Emily... He's moved on. He's got a girlfriend now' Joe must have told Jim that we were dating because from that answer he knew. 'Oh...' I said tears forming in my eyes. He was moving on... 'I will tell him I saw you' he said before he left to carry on shopping. I made my way to the park and sat on the grass crying. 'Emily?' I heard a voice behind me so I wiped the tears and turned around where Dylan was standing there. 'What's wrong?' He asked in his caring voice. He sat down beside me and I put my head in my hands and started to cry again. He put a hand on my back and started to comfort me.

JOE'S POV

'Baby, can you come here for a second' June shouted. I walked in and she gave me a hug. 'My parents want to meet you tomorrow so I was going to arrange a lunch with them is that okay?' I nodded and pulled her in closer to me for a kiss. Just at that moment my phone started to ring it was Jim, 'baby, do you mind if I take this?' I walked into my bedroom and answered the call. 'Hello mate' I said

'Joe, I need to talk to you... It's Emily'

'What's up with her now?' I said but it came off rather annoyed.

'Well, I saw her earlier and she didn't look good. She was stick thin. You could see all her bones and her face was all drawn. She looked like a skeleton, and that's without mentioning the bags under her eyes... You need to talk to her'

'I will think about it' After I said this I hung up. I did miss Emily but June was a lovely girl and I had moved on, no doubt Emily had too. 'Who was that?' June said.

'It was no one baby, so about tomorrow' we planned for tomorrow and June went home. I was thinking about contacting Emily but I decided not to. She didn't need me anymore. I was still hurt by her.

DYLAN'S POV

I could see that Emily was in a bad way, she had become really skinny and looked dead. I took her back to her apartment and made her a drink. I really did care about her, I know what I did was wrong but I have changed now. 'Emily, why don't you have a nap you look tired' I sat down on the sofa and she put her head in my lap and fell asleep. She looked perfect sleeping but she didn't look like her usual self. After about an hour she woke up and I pushed her hair out of her face. 'How about I run you a bath? I could put bubbles in and some candles lit with music?' she nodded so I went to run her a bath. She went in the bath and I fed Poppy. After an hour Emily came out of the bathroom with a towel round her and she came downstairs like that. 'Wow... you look stunning' I said stuttering. Once I had said that she dropped the towel and standing there was a very pretty but naked Emily. She came over to me and kissed me passionately. 

She jumped up and put her legs around my waist and we were kissing while I carried her to the bedroom... She slowly took off my clothes and just like that we were under the covers. If you know what I mean. After we had finished I got up and put on my boxers, 'would you like a pizza?' I asked her and she nodded. I went upstairs and called Dominoes, shortly afterwards Emily walked up wearing one of my shirts, she was smaller than me so it fitted her like a short dress. I went over to her and kissed her on the forehead. Maybe this was a one of but it was fun even if it was. Emily went over to the living room and started to watch the Great British Bake Off Celebrity edition.

EMILY'S POV

I turned on The Great British Bake Off Celebrity Edition and straight away I saw Zoe and all I could think about was Joe. I missed him so much, Dylan was lovely but he wasn't Joe, he wasn't as funny. He didn't prank you like Joe did. He didn't love you like Joe did. Then it hit me, I wanted Joe so badly. I had to get him back. If that was even possible. I uploaded a selfie to Twitter - @EmilyBrown: Missing that special someone :(.

I got a few hate comments but right now I didn't care I just hoped that Joe would see it... Luckily an hour later I got a private message, hope came to me I thought it would be Joe but it was Zoe...

Zoe: are you okay? :(

Emily: Just missing someone, they know who they are... 

Zoe: Is it Joe?

Emily: Yea :( ... He hasn't spoken to me in a week.

Zoe: He will soon I hope! I'm here for you...

After that short conversation the pizza came and I ate a slice. 'Is that all you're having?' Dylan asked concerned. 'I'm not that hungry, I'm just gonna go to the toilet okay?' He nodded and I went to the toilet and locked the door. I shoved my finger down my throat and was sick, I hated doing this but when I ate it made me feel dirty. I didn't even deserve food. The time was 8pm and I decided to get clothes on, put my hair in a bobble. 'I'm going out for a while, look after Poppy' I said to Dylan before grabbing my car keys and leaving. I took my phone too. Poppy was asleep so I left her at the house. I got in my car and just drove. I didn't even know where I was driving to but I just carried on driving. I ended up driving to Bath now I know what I wanted to do. I got to bath at 9:30pm and knocked on Graham's door. I didn't expect Joe to be there but Graham was like a second dad to me. 'Hello love' he said as he opened the door. 

'Graham!' I said happily before giving him a hug 'it's lovely to see you' it really was nice to see him again after years. 'Sorry I came unannounced I just needed to see someone I knew' he didn't care that I had arrived late and unannounced he was just happy to see me. 'Joe's not here yet' he said to me. 'Oh that's fine we don't talk anymore...' I said and a tear drop rolled down my cheek.

'What happened?' He asked and I explained everything about Dylan and how Joe saw us. I told him because I could trust him. He told me about Joe's girlfriend and she did sound lovely I must admit.
