Chapter 29: New Alpha

(Kalia's Pov)

After a four hour flight I had finally arrived back in California. I walked out and looked around for Cody but didn't see him. I grabbed my luggage just as someone walked up to me.

"Miss. Kalia?" I turn and see a guy in a suit.

"That's me."

"Cody gave me special orders to bring you straight to the Castle. I'll take your bags."

"Oh thank you." I say as he grabbed two of my suitcases as I rolled the other one. I followed him outside to see a black SUV and I smile. Cody really outdid himself.

Even though I had left hating Cody, I grew to miss him and I couldn't wait to see him again. I wondered what he had done through the weeks we where away. I had bad service for most of the stay and I also didn't want to be the first to call because I didn't want to think I was bothering him.

It was a short trip to the castle and we had parked in front of the steps where I say Alli waiting along with Daniel and other Knights. The driver got out and opened my door for me as guards grabbed my suitcase.

"Kalia!" Alli said excitedly before wrapped her arms around me "I've missed you it's been so boring around the castle I have so much to tell you."

"Same Alli." I smile before I scratched my right arm. I was a little disappointed that Cody didn't come out and see me, but I figured he was busy.

"Where's Cody?" I ask her as we enter the castle.

"He just got done with the Knights, I think he's upstairs.."

"Alright, I'm going to go see him." Alli nods and I make my way upstairs towards Cody's room.

I knocked before walking in, Cody was shirtless back towards me. I closed the door and he turn to me and his eyes widen.

"Kalia," he breathed out walking up to me and pecking my lips. "I'm sorry I couldn't be there to pick you up my dad has been bugging me non stop about the Knights since he got home."

"Did he know I was gone?" I ask as we sit on his bed.

"Yeah, he was pissed but he will get over it."

"I'm obviously pissing a lot of people off lately." I say with a small laugh. "I missed you." I say looking over to him and he smiled.

"I missed you too." I smile as he leans in, and presses his lips to mine. I moved and straddled this waist and his hands ran down my back squeezing my hips once. I deepen the kiss my hands tangling into his long blonde locks.

This kiss got heated quick as his hands went up my shirt, he slowed the kiss before pulling away.

"What?" I ask softly as he looks looked down at my stomach. I opened my mouth to speak but he flipped us and I winced. He raised my shirt up and saw my wrapped stomach.

"What happened?"

"William, it's not that bad." I say grabbing his arm when he went to stand up "I'm fine." He looked unsure and got up and went into the bathroom.

"Good thing I have a couple first aid kits in my bathroom." He says and I smile.

I smiled because he was so caring today, He lifted my shirt up and cut of the bandages, I looked down at the mark and matched them disappear.

"Well okay then." Cody says and I laugh sitting up a kissing him again as he places the kits on the ground and climbs on top of me kissing down my jaw and down to my neck.

"I'm so glad you home." He breathed behind my ear sending chills down my spine. A soft moan escaped my lips and he sucked on the skin.

He lifted my shirt up once again I pulled away taking it off for him and throwing it somewhere on the floor. His breathing was steady as he looked at me before tailing kissed down my collar bone to the exposed skin on my chest. He nips and sucks on the skin, just as the door opened he pulled away instantly.
