Chapter 5: Pranks

(Kalia's Pov)

It's been a week since Cody's been here. Cody's been super busy over the past few days meaning he has no time for me, which I'm grateful. He's tired to feed off of me by asking, and I always shook my head. I'm still in lock down from going to the Knights Palace with Matt. I have memorized the way to the kitchen and to the hall that Cody and I share, the rest of the Castle is undiscovered. I set 'Rapture' down, I had finally finished it without any disruptions. I looked around my bedroom and walked over to my balcony and stepped out, I loved the woods, taking long walks it helped me clear my head and think deeply. Behind Darcy's house there are woods, I loved going back their even though the supernatural's that lived in the neighborhood would be there I was cautious every time. My thoughts where interrupted when I heard a masculine scream.

(Cody's Pov)

I had woke up to find Aria getting dressed in the strapless blue dress she had wore for our date last night.

"I thought you where still sleeping.." She said slipping into her dress. I climbed out of bed and put on my boxers and zipped the back for her.

"I was awake." I walked over and picked up my clothes slipping on my pants. I threw the rest in my hamper and walked out and looked over at my many windows to find Kalia on her balcony, I looked over and Aria who was get her stuff together her back towards me. I walked up behind her, wrapping my arms around her, kissing her neck and shoulder.

"Cody." She said sternly as I hummed in her neck

"I have to go, my mom will be worried"

"You can stay" I said laying her on the bed me on top of her, "its not everyday you get to mess around with a powerful vampire." She laughed and I smirked kissing her roughly.

Afterwards, Aria went home and I took a quick shower and went downstairs for lunch. I was let down by the fact a familiar face hadn't shown up, Kalia.

"Where's Kalia.." I said grabbing a blood bottle.

"Her room you just missed her, she came down asking what the scream was about. I told her and I gave her lunch and she walked out."

"Why?"

"She said she was busy.."

"Busy my ass" I said, "Kalia!!!" I yelled from the kitchen.

"Why do you constantly pester her?"

"I don't pester her. I simply ask her breakfast, lunch and dinner for her blood.."

"You haven't even feed of of her onc-"

"She's been here a week calm down. I'll get her to let me." Soon my mom and dad came in and there was no sign of Kalia.

"Alli, go get Kalia will you?"

"Do I look like your maid?" She asked taking a bite of her fries.

"Please?" I asked sitting on a bar stool. She signed at sat up walking out. I grabbed a sandwich bag from my pocket and opened that.

"What's that?" My dad asked

"Wolfsbane in a diluted form. I found that it can turn your tongue blue it you put it in a drink and add a drop of blue food coloring."

"And this is part of your and Alli's pranking game" he asked as I stirred it in.

"It isn't a game, it's about to get serious."

I had walked into the kitchen behind Alli and Cody's and his little brother Toms eye landed on me. Cody's eyes scanned down my body, it was probably not the best idea to where short blue jean shorts, and a oversized shirt that was somewhat see-through, and hug over one shoulder. Cody could see my pink bra.
