Chapter 54; Maybe It's Time

(Kalia's Pov)

"Ten vampires ripped apart after a werewolf runs through the streets after curfew.-"

Jaden turns the TV off and I don't dare look up because I know I'd be face with Jaden and my fathers stares.

"Kalia?"

"Hmm?" I say pulling up my socks looking out the corner of my eyes to see their arms crossed and I finally looked up at the sound of the door opening.

"Just because you and Cody broke up doesn't mean you can kill people Kalia."

"I think we broke up." I said softly, but I hardens my voice "I can lash out anyway I want to, I'm an Alpha. I can do whatever I want." I say stomping up to my room. You could say I was in a horribly pissy mood today I was out till three, and I didn't sleep at all. No I didn't have to take it out in the family but oh well. Lucas had left, he and Isaac would be landing in New Orleans in a couple hours and Today was the day. The day I had to go back to the castle, Cody would be here soon.

I sat on my balcony for hours. Cody had came into my room I looked over at him before looking back out at the trees.

"Let's go." I ignored him and continued to look out at the trees.

"Kalia come on I have shit to do."

"I don't want to go back to that prison."

"It's not a prison. It's your home and you know that."

"Really? Tell me you aren't just going to keep me inside those walls, I know how you work Cody, I'm not going anywhere."

"You killed them didn't you?" He said referring to the vampires.

"You don't know that." I say as he yanks me up.

"Let me go!!" I scream and he does, backing away.

"Don't touch me."

"Kalia were leaving. Get your ass out the door."

"No." He got behind me and pushed me out of my room, I stopped at the stairs and he continued to push me out until we were outside. I sat down in front of his car as he put my luggage in the back, he was about to get in when he saw me sitting down. He sighed.
   
"Your so difficult." He sighs.

"I'm not getting in that car with you." I say folding my arms.

"Kalia we'll talk about this at home, get in the damn car." I shook my head and crossed my arm as He let out a frustrated sigh, harshly pulled me up, and pushed me into the car. I gave him a look before he shut the door. I glared at him as he got in starting the engine. I looked out the window as we passed the trees and turned into the highway.

"He was just walking me home." I argue.

"Yeah his hands on you defiantly showed he was only walking you home."

"You busted his lip, and broke two of his ribs."

"Good." He said putting the car in park and I looked and saw we were at the castle.

"How could you say that!?" I yell after him as I walked into the foyer while he walked up the stairs but he ignored me.

"You destroy everyone you've ever loved!!" He stopped and turned to me. "you don't do that. You don't destroy the people who loved you the most Cody." He started back down the steps angrily, and grabbed onto both my shoulders and gave me a shake.

"I took you to Jaden's because I didn't want you to get hurt!" He said sternly.

"Your the only one that hurt me!" I yell at him and he threw his hands up, and I tensed moving back a couple steps.
