•Dahlias POV•

"Okay we didn't call him yesterday, so we should probably call today," Maya looks up at me.

"Okay, sure," I nod.

I pick up my phone and call, putting it on speaker as it rings. It rings four times before he picks up.

"Hello?"

"Hi Dad."

"Dahlia! Sorry it took me so long to pick up, was outside. How are you? How is Maya?"

"I'm good!" She says.

"We're good!" I smile.

"Oh great! I miss you girls so much. You're coming home in two days! That's exciting! How do you like London?"

"It's really pretty here," Maya says.

"Have you seen the Queen yet?" Dad jokes.

"I wish! But I would have to say, Australia is better," she smiles.

"Of course!" You can hear his smile through the phone. "I wanted to visit you two once you're back. It's been way too long."

"It has!"

"And I can show you my London drawings!" I say excitedly.

"Great! What was your favourite part of London?" He asks.

"The aquarium," Maya blushes slightly.

I grin at her. "I liked the concerts."

"Those were pretty amazing too. It was really loud though!"

"I bet! How are Calum and his band mates?"

"They're good," I blush.

"Really good," Maya gives me a look.

"Mmhm," I bite my lip.

"That's good... Where are they staying?"

"Same hotel, just down the hall a bit," Maya answers.

"Oh?"

"Yeah, they have an enormous room!"

"That's nice, bet they're enjoying themselves. Did any of them get English girlfriends?" Dad teases.

Oh father why. Why.

"No, but they did get some Australian ones," Maya grins evilly at me.

"What?"

"Nothing!" I exclaim. "Can't hear you dad, you're breaking up," I crumble a piece of paper by the phone.

Maya grabs it from me.

"Oh... All better now..."

"What were you saying?" Maya asks.

"Never mind. So you have one last concert to go to tonight?"

"Yeah, the last one."

"Well have fun! I've got to go to work, I'll talk to you both later. I love you."

"We love you too Dad," I say.

"Bye."

"Bye."

I turn to look at Maya. "What was that?!"

"What was what?" She grins evilly.

"Oh you know what."

"I don't recall anything."

"Oh really, 'they did get some Australian ones' doesn't ring a bell?"

"Hmmm nope!"

"I hate you," I hit her with a pillow.
