Head Over Heels

I laughed.

"Austin, we already met. But thanks for the introduction anyway."  I handed him the plastic bag and he went to the bathroom to change.

"So, Austin is your best friend?" I asked Alex.

"Yeah. For a long long time.... We started on youtube, posting videos together. Back in the room days, before he moved to the big arenas."

"Nice, My best friend, Ana, she kinda likes you. It's really funny because, because of her, I met Austin."

"Yeah. Austin told me that he met you at a concert."

"More like he saved me. I was almost trampled to death."

"He called me that night. wanting to talk about the new girl he had saved."

"Oh really? hahaha. I'm not his new girl anymore. I'm THE girl." We started laughing and Austin came in looking super cute.

"What did I miss?" Austin asked me, sitting between Alex and me. 

"We're talking about our past together. I showed her embarrasing pics of you."  Alex teased Austin. I laughed nonstop at the look Austin had on his face.

"He's just kidding Austin! We were talking about when you saved me. You went bragging to Alex about it immediately. You little bragger." I said pinching his cheeks. He smiled and hugged me so hard, he fell on top of me.

"Austin!" I exclaimed. He looked at me directly in the eyes.

"Because you are my crown jewel. I love you and I am head over heels for you." He replied, sitting up. I giggled.

"I love you too. Don't trip over your love for me"  Alex started laughing.

"Olive!!! We need to leave for church now!" I heard my mom yell up the stairs. I Grabbed my black leather jacket and we all headed downstairs. My mom went in Michele's car and Alex, Austin, and I drove off in Austin's Range Rover. On the way to church, Austin started singing. He has such a good voice!

"Austin sing for me." I said. As soon as I said that, Beautiful soul by Jesse McCartney popped up on the radio. I was really surprised because THAT SONG IS REALLY OLD... It's been years since I last heard it. Austin started singing to me and halfway through the song, Alex joined in. Then I laughed and joined in. We were all jamming out but Austin and I kept sneaking peeks at eachother, smiling as If we shared a secret. The car stopped during a red light and he leaned over to kiss me. I only let him peck me, because he was driving and It was super dangerous! On the rest of the way, we talked about everything and nothing. Everything possible and nothing inportant. We got to church and after, we went out for brunch at IHOP. I ordered Stuffed french toast, hash browns, eggs and bacon. The boys both ordered the steak omelet. We were all having a good time.

"Olivia, Austin has talked very little of you. Tell me about yourself." Michele said from across the table.

"Well, what has he said about me so I don't say the same thing twice." I replied shyly. Austin held my hand under the table and gave me a reassuring squeeze.

"He keeps saying the same thing over and over again." She said laughing. "He keeps saying 'she's beautiful'. I hope you don't say the same thing."

"No, no. I don't consider myself beautiful. well, I'm 16 years old, I've lived in Miami my whole life. and I didn't know who Austin was until he saved me that day at the concert." I managed to giggle out.

"What's your full name?" Michele asked.

"Well, Mrs. Mahone-"

"Please, call me Michele." She interrupted smiling.

"Sorry. Well, my name is Olivia Carnation Hartsworth. People call me Olive or Carrie... Carrie very rarely. " I said taking a drink of my lemonade.

"Well, I didn't know that." Austin exclaims.

"No one typically asks for my full name so I never tell them. My-My dad was the only one that really called me Carrie." I reply, staring at the plate. Austin saw I was uncomfortable.

"So, what's your favorite color, since you have failed to tell me." Austin grinned.

"Secretly, Its yellow but I also, somewhat........ Might have a certain liking...... For the color red." I replied teasingly.

"Mom, I'm seriously head over heels for her...." Austin exclaimed. I turned to look at him and he kissed me..... While everyone was watching..... We were going to discuss this on the way back.
