Guys. I haven't updated in awhile.
*Sweats nervously* Ahaha ... *Bows head in shame* Forgive me.
...
You will! Because I have some amazing information for you. I'm gonna be honest this gonna be a bit more factual than ... rantual? I mean I do include facts in my rants, but this is gonna be mainly facts.
So on Thursday I have to present an article for my psychology class. It could be any article that I find interesting. So I'm sitting down in the living room wondering what the hell am I gonna present. Until it hits me.
The psychology of women.
I mean c'mon, that's like the best article. We're told we're so complex so why not? I type in Google the psychology of women, and the first article that pops up is What Women Want. I'm here like this is perfect. Fireworks go off, huge applauses. Well in my head but you get what I mean.
So the article was about sexual desire. And I found it so interesting.
The one thing that I found interesting is that arousal isn't arousing.
Weird right?
Well arousal is actually a defense mechanism for our body. So when you get wet, even though in your mind you're not turned on a bit, it's because your body is reacting to any sexual activity. Even weirder. They saw this in when a women gets raped. Her body is aroused, but not her. The woman gets wet because that protects her body from injury.
So sometimes you hear the guy says "But she liked it, she was wet." Ehh no. You're wrong try again.
Also, researchers found that a women's sexual desire is linked with intimacy and communication. The woman gets into a relationship that meets their needs and is healthy, then our sexual desire increases.
Buttttt ..... our sexual desire can also relates to men's sexual desire. We are actually programmed to seek sex with different men. Yeah it sounds whoreish, but that is what happened during cavemen times.
But it is also found that sex crumbles in marriage for so long, even though we need a stable, intimate relationship to ignite our sexual desire. Well now this is being proven wrong as we speak.
Our sexual desire is to be desired.
Yooo when I read that I swear my mind was blown. I mean my mind was blown during this whole article but I swear, I read that and it was like a mic drop.
I'm gonna cut this part in short, but basically we want to be desired and we don't care that the guy reaches that point while having sex. We only care that we do. Women are some self-centered people when it comes to sex. And I don't know if y'all ever did the do before, but if y'all did, just think to yourselves. Your mind is set on reaching that point, not that your partner does.
But in all to be really aroused, you must be aroused in your mind as well as your body. And we get turned on by lust and love.
So if a guy ever asks you if he turns on, you tell him only his desire for you turns you on. The look on his face will be pricelesssss.
I feel like I'm using italics too much. It looks so nice and professional.
So women are actually complex. The one thing guys are really right about.
But guys, I'll put the link of the article in the comments.
I don't know, thought I share that out with you guys.
... thanks for reading ... *weakly smiles*
