There are problack people in this world who feel limiting their children TV rights to only viewing shows that include "strong black families", which in their minds means a heterosexual household, would prevent them from being homosexual and thus continue this chain of "strong black families".
And to this I call bullshit.
You want to continue generations of strong black families but are you forgetting about some of those children that were made in these strong black families are in foster homes?? What about those children huh?
If you want black love, there are plenty of lgbt+ black couples who are willing to adopt these black children from these black strong families you speak of.
Not only that, this just proves how idiotic you are to think someone is homosexual because of the media they're surrounded by. Most black people apart of the lgbt+ community are told it's wrong, it's sinful, and/or aren't even exposed to the fact that there are other sexual orientations other than straight until they reach high school or even college or until they see it on social media. And when they do see it, they aren't going to accept it as right.
So no me seeing a lesbian couple in middle school for the first time or seeing two guys kiss on the train didn't make me pansexual, sorry to burst your bubble.
Someone is lesbian, gay, bi, trans, pan, queer, etc. BECAUSE THEY ARE AND THAT'S WHAT THEY LIKE. NOT BECAUSE SOME TV SHOW FORCED THEM TO BE. AND YES STRONG BLACK FAMILIES AREN'T ONLY HETEROSEXUAL COUPLES. IT'S BLACK LOVE IN GENERAL. POINT. BLANK.
