Why is it so hard?

I've applied to so many jobs, I've lost count tbh. I got rejected twice by the same company and just now, literally just now, been told they're unable to offer me a position.

BUT THEY'RE HIRING???

Seriously why is looking for a job so hard? I don't have experience but I need experience but to get that experience I need a job.
