5. Camp fire Chaos

Mickey's P.O.V

Finally our dance class was over, Rider still annoying C but finally he let us go. Kate in the other hand took a while to shake off, I don't know what her problem was but I am not dealing with it- not this year. This year is going to be a good year, nothing can stop me. Suddenly a felt a pair of hands pull me into a small closet.
"Hello there love"
"Hi Kaleb" I said dryly.
"Why so bitter Michelle, aren't you happy to see me"
"Look Kaleb you seem incredibly nice and all but as you clearly saw I have a boyfriend"
"I know I know, and as terrible un lucky that makes me I'm up to being mates" he said with a cheeky smile. I gotta admit he was adorable and there was no harm of another guy Friend.
"Okay we can be mates. But if you try anything-"
"Don't worry love, I'm not that kind of lad" he said winking at me. We exited the closet where I met Harry outside.
"Hey H, where's everybody else?"
"Oh they went to lunch, I stayed back to look for you"
"Weird, I would think Luke would stay back. Where is he?" Harry shrugged at me.
"He just went in with the others, but I am your BFF so I got your back" he said literally grabbing my back with his arm.
"H I have a problem" he stiffened.
"What? Is somebody after you! I'm-"
"No no, it's just there's this guy.."
"Oh, I know who your talking about, Mr. Green eyes over there...yeah I see him checking you out love"
"UGH! Love love love whenever he says I get this weird feeling I don't like"
"Well, as long as it's not a feeling if attraction I think you'll be fine"
"Trust me H, it's not were just friends. Plus I Love My Lucas way too much"
"What about Caitlyn? I-is anyone y-you know checking her out?" I nodded.
"As a matter of fact-yeah. I was gonna tell you but I didn't wanna worry you."
His face got bright red and his fists balled up.
"And this I why- H Cool it down, you can trust C"
"I just don't trust him. Who is he!?"
"His name is Rider" he rolled his eyes.
"My name is cuter.." I giggled.
"Don't worry Harold, I'll keep an out for her" he wrapped his and around me in gratitude. We arrived to our dorm where we were met with our friends. I went straight to Luke wrapping my arms around him and giving him a big huge kiss almost knocking him over. Then peppering kissed all over his face.
"Whoa Mitchie, hi to you too" he said smiling that beautiful smile.
"Why so touchy? I mean I'm not complaining but.."
"I just- I really miss you. How was your first class?" He sat down as we all shared our first college class. Me and C told everyone everything about Kate, and Rider..but I didn't mention Kaleb. Kaleb said we would stick to being Friends so why worry Luke about it.
"Well do you guys wanna go to the Camp fire tonight?"
"I sure don't, so I could be annoyed by rider and Kate" c said.
"Not to mention the fact that there's like no wifi in the woods" Michael was so stupid sometimes haha.
"I think it would be fun to mingle!"
"And since when are you so social hemmings?" I said interlocking our hands.
"Since I realized I had social skills"
"So gang, what's it gonna be?"
"I'm in!" Said Ashton
"Me too" said Niall.
"That's best four out of 7..we win! Were going to the campfire!" Luke smiled.
"Well our next class is in two hours and then that's all for today."
"God I love college, it's so easy!!"
"For now" we all dragged. We all took a little break before our next class. It was basic Math course we all had together. Once that was over it was about 5 pm and the campfire was at 7 which have us a full 2 hours to prepare.
"Ash you get the tents, Mikey you get the water bottles, Caitlyn you get the pillows and blankets and I'll get the marshmallows!" I ordered.
"What do I do!" Lucas said in a very cute way.
"You can stand there looking perfect as always and then help move everything to the site" he grinned.
"Deal" he said kissing my cheek. We were all sharing a tent so it made the packing easy.

After about 3 minutes we arrive to the site and it's my too crowded since it's only AAAP people. I walk out if the car hand in hand with Lucas towards the site. As we approach our spot I notice Kaleb walking over to us smiling.
"Hello Love, nice to see you again" h looked at me up and down, I felt Luke stiffen next to me- making me more nervous than I already was.
"Hey Kaleb.."
"Ah, this must be your Friend! Lucas was it?"
"It's Luke- and I'm her boyfriend" his arm now wrapping around my waist as if claiming me as him. Which I was.
"Of course, nice to meet you Luke" he said extending a hand out, Luke just standing there staring at him.
"Alright then, see you around Michelle" he said winking at me as he left.
"Who the hell is that?" Said michael.
"Yeah M, who was that?" Luke said sternly.
"Just a Friend that's all" I blushed.
"He's a little too friendly" he looked down, I lifted his chin and placed a soft kiss in his cheek and looked at him directly in those crystal blue eyes.
"Don't worry Lucas, he's no threat.  Nothing compares to you" this made him smile, interlocking our hands ensuring me he was more calm. We set down our stuff and walk towards the fire to sit. Harry staring..or should I say glaring at rider while Caitlyn would caress his arm trying to calm him- he would look at her and smile but look at me and give me the 'he better watch it' look. Of course Kate was super annoying, but I had a new acquaintance, the brunette from early. Grazing her eyes all along Luke's body which quickly ended when my gaze met her eyes. We all got up to socialize Luke over to Harry, while I made my way over to his brute brunette.
"Hi there- Michelle isn't it"
"It's mickey, and you are?"
"I'm savanna, I'm Kate's friend. Have you two met! Isn't she great?"
"Super peachy- listen I don't know what you all have on your minds, but I'm telling you right now Luke better not be one of those things- he's off limits" she chuckled rolling her eyes.
"What are you- his mom?"
"No I'm his girlfriend"
"You? Your kidding" she laughed.
"A girl like..you- got a guy like THAT" I was about to say something when I heard Harry call me over.
"This is not over!"
"Oh I bet it's not" I rolled my eyes walking away towards harry.
"What's wrong?"
"I can't find my C"
"What do you mean?"
"Well I was with her a second ago but then she kinda just vanished and I'm really scared- this is like that scary part if the movies where the really pretty girl goes missing, but can it please not be my pretty girl!!"
"Okay Harry! Calm down- I'll help you find her okay? C'mon" we looked everywhere until we finally reached an empty tree where I saw my C with the one and only rider.
"Caitlyn?" She turned around hugging me.
"Thank god you came" she whispered.
"Hi Rider.." I said spitely.
"Hey there, whose your friend?" He said pointing towards now angry Harry
"This- is my boyfriend!" Caitlyn said grabbing his hand.
"Ooh, this is the guy holding you back"
"Oh hell no-" Harry said coming towards him, thankfully Ashton arrived and pulled him back.
"Relax, I was only kidding." Harry gave him a really dirty look.
"Caitlyn why are here?"
"Rider wanted to ask me some questions to catch up in dance and I was helping him" typical C to nice to say no to people.
"If you could excuse us Rider, we better get back to the fire.." She said pushing harry towards camp. We arrived to the lugs and sat in the grass.
"I don't like him" he said as Caitlyn true cuddling away his anger. It was working. I saw in the corner of my eye Savanna checking Luke out, Luke being the sweet person he is smiled at her but soon enough interlocked our hands causing her to walk away in defeat. Tonight was a bit chaotic but hey, nothing we aren't used to. Plus it wasn't so bad- the fire was very romantic. And even tho I could feel Kaleb staring into my soul, all I cared about in that moment was Luke. I looked over t Caitlyn who was probably thinking the same thing I was. I truly loved Luke and nobody I meet here will come in between that. Ever. No car crash, no amnesia, no cute brit, no snooty brunette can take him away from me. And sitting her by the fire next to the person who matters to me most I can't help but wonder.
