66. Soon to see you Italia

Mickey's P.O.V

It's been a full week of classes and getting settled back into the usual routine. It's been difficult with everything that's happened but I feel like things are finally falling into place.
I'm really excited for Italy! It's one of the most beautiful places on earth! And everyone knows I'm the Queen of Pasta! The only thing making me not wanna go is the fact that I'll be miles and miles away from Luke for a really long time! I know it's only a 6 week trip but that's gonna feel like 9 years without Luke- But it could also be a good educational trip and focus more on me and my best friend. Either way the trip's until Sunday which gives me 2 days to pack, be with Luke and get together the fee for it all. Surprisingly when they found out that it was a college art class trip they lowered the price since it was so absolutely last minute the price for everything will only be $86! That's a hella lot cheaper since they are providing flight. Tomorrow we register hotel rooms in 'La Bella Vista' hotel down in middle Rome. Only 10 people are going since it's last minute but this will be the opportunity of a life time! Not many people get to fulfill their dreams of going to Europe, Caitlyn got super lucky an already lived out that life dream but mine will be missing one important factor- My Lucas. Personally Luke and I have always wanted to go to Milan but there's never been money or time. This whole trip to Italy was exciting yet Sad because the guys can't go, it would be too expensive for a five day trip. But for today we had music and the rest of the day off. Today was technically the last day I relax with Luke because tomorrow I'll be too crazy packing my bag and Caitlyn's bag because God knows she's going to be too 'Harry ill miss you' crazy to do so.
Luke and I were walking to class when a pair of hands dragged me into the bushes.
"Kaleb?"
"Sorry love, really quickly..have you seen Savanna?" He whispered.
"Why are you-"
"Shhh, not so Loud Michelle!"
"Okay! Sorry! No I haven't seen Savanna?"
"Oh God.." I could hear Luke calling for me but I ignored it because Kaleb seemed crazy scared.
"What happened?"
"Okay so don't hate me"
"What happened!"
"So everyone here knows if there's a girl I'm crazy about it's you.." I blushed.
"But last night I had a little bit too much to drink, Savanna stopped by and one thing led to another-" I couldn't help but feel a hint of jealousy brewing in my stomach as he said that.
"Oh..That's fun?"
"No! It was a mistake! Ugh- so I woke up next to her and stormed out before she saw me but then she called and said I left my dorm keys and was kissed I ran out and I haven't seem her and now were to class and she's gonna be there and I really don't-"
"Kaleb! Take breaths when you talk!"
"Sorry it's just, I don't like her like that"
"Believe me nobody does"
"What do I do?"
"You should-"
"Mickey! I was looking for you where did you- Oh... Kaleb" he squinted.
"Luke, hi sorry I just needed to talk to her about something.."
"Behind a bush?" He glared.
"Yes- in fact I think you can help!" I interrupted. I told him everything and he just laughed.
"Look I don't exactly like you when your hitting on my girlfriend, but I've delt with Savanna before" he said clearing his throat and grabbing my hand apologetically.
"Just, ignore her. You were drunk, tell her maybe she should keep her legs closed more often!" Kaleb widened his eyes and chuckled. I was so glad he finally hate her as much as I did.
"Thanks Hemmings, your an okay guy"
"Yeah yeah, were gonna be late"
Yes bonding...bonding is good. We went to class where Savanna was staring Kaleb down the whole time. I thought it was hilarious while Luke was enjoying it just as much as I was. Finally class ended and Kaleb rushed out laughing. We slowly walked to the dorm just talking.
"Italy is a big place"
"Yeah it's great! But listen if you don't want me to go-" he stops turning around and standing in front of me and grabbing my arms.
"I would never hold you back from such an opportunity!"
"Are you sure? Because all you have to say is don't go and I'll stay here"
"No, your going. Plus you won't be gone that long! What is it? Three days? 5 days?"
"It's six weeks" his jaw dropped.
"SIX WEEKS!" He yelled.
"That's literally a month and two weeks that's SO LONG!" He said running his fingers through his hair.
"Are you seriously leaving for that long?" He frowned as his eyes teared.
"I said I can stay if you want me to"
"No...no I want you to go" he said starting to walk again.
"Just, a lot can change or happen in a month. There's a lot of exotic horny Italian guys that can and will hit on you"
"And I have an amazing, handsome, perfectly exotic already horny AF Aussie boyfriend down in Sydney that can and will trust me" he smiled. I reached up and kissed his cheek engulfing me into a hug.
"Trust me, being miles and miles away from you for that long is going to be impossibly miserable but- when I get back it means extra cuddle time"
"Oh then you should definitely go"
We made it back to the dorm where Caitlyn was laying on the couch with Harry watching the movie 'miles away' as they were both crying like idiots.
"Why are you torturing yourselves!" Luke says handing them the box of tissues chuckling.
"If Penelope had the strength not to miss Todd while he went in search for himself in Europe miles away, so can I" Harry sobbed cuddling up to Caitlyn who was equally sobbing.
"HAROLD! Get it together, you don't see me crying!"
"Shut up Luke we all know this is gonna be you two once we leave the airport" he frowns.
"I know" we say in perfect unison.
I can tell things between Harry and Luke are still tense since the night Luke  hurt me but, it's almost been two months now. I mean they have always had that negative emotion towards each other because of they're highschool years where Harry was basically his human slave but they've really grown since that. But I see things getting better lately between them. They're really becoming close: I remember they're talk I over heard a couple weeks back when the whole prison thing was coming to conclusion.

Flashback***
"Yeah whatever Luke"
"Why are you being such a dick!"
"I'm not! I'm just saying maybe everything that happened wouldn't of happened if you wouldn't of done what you did!"
"You don't think I know that Harry! I felt guilty I feel guilty to this day for what I did to Mitchie! I get it okay! I feel guilty for everything! Especially how I've treated you over the years. But I've changed, we've become real mates! Genuine mates you know you can count on me!"
"Doesn't feel like it lately"
"Harry, you wanna know why I was always so hard on you, I let Calum am louis off easy but you I was tough"
"Yeah you were"
"Well it's because you were the one I most scared of, scared of losing, scared that would make me face my feelings, just scared. I always deep down considered us mates since the start. Your my best mate harry..."
"You have changed, but lately I just feel so distant from you"
"We've all been distant, all of us"
"Your right, I'm sorry Luke"
"I'm sorry Harry, and you are my best mate- always"

Oh my boys..always so charming. I'm gonna miss them like hell, and so is C.
Let's just hope tomorrow isn't a total emotional wreck.
