70. Without you

Luke's P.O.V

I watched her small body disappear in the distance, her lips still tainted upon mine, I could still taste her sweet cherry, her lilac scented hair still marked all over my clothes. I didn't have the energy to cry anymore, I felt so lonely- if she's happy, I'm happy. I walk over to Harry who is sitting staring at the floor, wiping tears.
"Harry, we should go before we do something stupid" he chucked, got up as we walked out of the airport and drove back to the dorm.

"Hey! How'd it go? Are the girls on the flight? Did they make their plane?" Harry just started crying once more as he ran to his room.
"I'm assuming that's a yes"
"Yeah, but they will be home before I even notice they left!"
"Keep telling yourself that!" Michael shouted as I locked myself in our room. It was sad, really sad, without her here. It was quiet, she's so loud and annoying an weird..but I miss that weirdo. It was so silent and boring without her here.
I layed in bed absolutely bored with nothing to do. I mean, what did I do before I met Mickey? Stupid things that's what. It hasn't even been a day and I already miss her too much. I drag myself up from the bed to go hang out with Harry but when I walk Into the room he's fast asleep on the bed.
"Harold"
"Mm" he mumbles
"Entertain me"
"Hey! I miss Caitlyn but not that much"
"You know what I mean you cheeky little shit. Don't you feel overly bored?"
"I know right? Maybe we should go out and do something"
"Yeah like something manly!"
"Exactly! A guys night out!"
"Yeah, good. See, we don't need the girls to have fun!"
"Right? Were good"
"We are great.." Suddenly the Skype call ringtone pops up on his Laptop.
"HOLY SHIT ITS CAITLYN THANK THE LORD" he smiled. I went back to y room only to realize I was being called too. I answer quickly, desperate to see her face- there it was, her beautiful messy brown curls cascading perfectly down her shoulders, her brown eyes feeling so close to mine though they are miles and miles away, her beautiful smile flowed by a laugh that relaxes my ears. My beautiful Mitchie.
"Luke! Oh my God Hi"
"Mickey, God I miss you so much already, I physically don't feel good"
"I miss you too, believe me! I miss you so much I wish you were here.."
"You look so beautiful, what's it like?"
"Lucas..you won't believe just how beautiful it is here. It's everything a girls ever wanted, the only thing that would make this better was if you were here"
"I wish I was, it's so boring here without you guys. I could just imagine us canoeing through Italian rivers, moonlight in your beautiful eyes, eating Chicken Alfredo with Garlic bread by the Coast, the leaning tower at dawn, taking you shopping in European stores, visiting different Art museums as you wear your finest dress...kissing you under the urban rain, caressing you in the oceanic breeze.." As I fantasized this perfect vacation with her I noticed a tear slowly fall down her cheek, breaking my heart into pieces.
"I really wish I could hold you tonight"
"I know, me too. But, you could always spray Michael with some of my perfume and it will be like I never left"
"Believe me, Harry already tried that. It didn't exactly satisfy." She laughed that nine chilling laugh of hers.
"I hate to say it Luke but I am so sleepy..."
"It's okay, get some rest. You have a lot of adventuring to do, I didn't let you go for nothing!"
"Thank you Lucas, I love you"
"I love you too Mitchie, I hope by the time you get home you can teach me some sweet Italian phrases"
"Bet on it baby" she winked as the call ended. The feeling of empty that took over when she was no longer on the screen was too much. And then I decided, it's dumb, it's reckless but it's worth it. I ran to Harry's room to tell him my idea, I walk in to him staring at his suit case.
"You too Huh.."
"You thinking what I'm thinking?"
"I don't know should we do it?"
"I want to"
"Well then end of discussion. Let's do it, but let's make it a surprise"
