44. Change your heart

Mickey's P.O.V

I was wrong, I woke up and I still was hurting inside. I showered and still was hurting, I cut and still was hurting and I'm going to eat breakfast, still hurting.
As I walked over to the table I could hear the 'on no here she comes'. Luke tripped me on my way there.
"Real Mature Luke..Real Mature" he looked hung over, already drunk but in a more energetic and violent way.
"Sorry, I didn't see the Bitchy Sluts crossing sign" ouch. I sat down as Caitlyn stared at me, I looked at her as she quickly looked away.
"S-sorry..didn't mean to stare"
"It's okay C" she looked at me confused but smiling. She was hesitant so Harry spoke up.
"Are y-you okay M?"
"No, but I know I was being a bitch. And I'm sorry, you guys didn't deserve that. I'm just scared to let my feeling hit me" Caitlyn smiled widely.
"It's okay..we'll talk later, eat your food"
"God if I hear the word deserve one more time I swear" Luke complained.
"....deserve....teehee" Michael said hiding behind Harry. Luke flipped his plate of food over and stormed out the dorm, assuming to Savanna's.
"Good going Clifford" Ashton laughed.
"We've all been in a pissy mood lately I just wanted to enlighten the mood!"
"Speaking of pissy moods...Mickey, are you ready to talk? Or are you going to threaten us"
"No..no I'm ready to talk" they all smiled.
"We knew your heart of Gold wouldn't stay hidden for long! Your too awesome"
"Easy there Shakespeare" Caitlyn said pinching Niall's cheeks.
"M, how do you feel" how did I feel. I felt at first confused. Then I felt sad, then I felt heart broken, then I felt hope, them I felt betrayed..then I felt angry..and now I feel nothing.
"I feel..I feel like he's a different person now, a person I don't want in my life"
"Are you kidding me? It's obvious your both still crazy for each other! I mean your a depressed train wreck and he's become a violent drunk with no emotions towards other humans!"
"Plus, Luke is just hurt. He doesn't  mean anything he says. You of all people should know that"
"That's the thing! According to Luke I dot even know him anymore.."
"Mickey, look at me. Dead in the eyes and tell me you don't still love him."
Of course I did, if I didn't I wouldn't feel so empty inside, I wish I just purely hated him so it wouldn't hurt anymore. But then again I am furious with him and he betrayed me and the Luke I fell in love with is slowly fading away not empty bottles of alcohol.
"Of course I do..I just lost hope on us"
"Mickey maybe the reason Luke feels the way he does is because he's always been the one to apologize or fix things and make the first move. He probably thinks you don't care enough to try and that tore him apart inside"
"Well what does he want me to do!"
"Okay Michelle. Let's get serious here....Maybe all Luke needs to know is that you love him. Remind him how strong your relationship is! If you guys can over come this nothing in this world could knock you down."
"How do you suppose I do that"
"Talking to him, find a way to actually get him to listen to you. When you approach him it's always when your upset. Maybe now that your a little better you can have a real comversation"
"Well Ash, that's kind of hard wen he's drunk 24/7, with Savanna 24/7 or attacking me with his hatred 24/7"
"Trust in your love for him M..use everything you've been through and get him back. It's not hard, I did it for Caitlyn and look at us now" he said kissing her cheek.
"That's because your a simple guy Harry..yes we saw a side of you we never expected but- Luke and I will always have one thing in common. Were either really sweet, or really cruel. And I'm lucky I have friends that dim give up on me and helped me calm myself before it got it of hand. But I'm afraid with Luke it's gotten too much out of our control"
"Just try Mickey, nothing can get worse really if you just try"
"In fact, we'll leave you alone, we'll go finish some errands or something!"
"We just...we miss you guys. Never did I see two people so in love. Never have I seen Luke so happy..you so happy, wen you two are together" a single tear fell from my face.
"I know H..I know. And I'm gonna try my best to fix things, something I should've done long ago. It's time to out all my anger aside and just end this.
