We all sat in the Dan and Phil apartment. I had recovered from what happened with Ricky and Adrian seemed to have learnt that I wasn't going to go out with him.
We were in London and all of our friends around; you know like Zoe, Alfie, Marcus, Oli, Tyler, Troye, Jim, Tamya, Joey, Joe, Caspar, Pewdiepie, Martzia, Louise, Darcey, PJ and Chris...
It wad the 31st December at 11.47pm. The TV was on and everyone was talking.
~DAN'S POV~
I looked at Phil and he looked at me. He smiled and said nodded.
It was time.
I walked over to Joe, "Would you mind recording this please Joe?" He looked confused but said yes as I gave him my unlocked phone.
Phil turned the TV volume and when I was certain that Joe was recording, I began the announcement, "Guys... me and Phil have something really big to announce to you."
Everyone looked and Lexi smiled. She knew the deal and what we were doing.
"Me and Dan adopted Lexi and we fell in love with her as soon as we saw her..." Phil started. He purposely left out how we first saw her as the three of us agreed that it was private and confidential.
"Yeah," I continued, "and over the past weeks, we have been hiding something really big away from everyone which I can tell you has been a lot harder than we thought..."
Everyone was intrigued. A few of our friends had smiles plastered over their faces.
"Me and Dan are..."
"IT IS OFFICIALLY 2016!" A women exclaimed from the TV.
"Perfect timing," Phil mumbled and he kissed me.
Everyone screamed. We got dozen of hugs and Joe handed back my phone and the footage was perfect, "I'll mention you in the video tomorrow," I said and Joe laughed, "Anytime."
