Hey, so HAPPY NEW YEAR

What are your resolutions for 2016?

I wanted to say a few things also:

Lots of people have had a troubled year. Some didn't even make it through 2015.

I want you guys to know that you are enough. Life can be one piece of crap piled up on another, but after every hurricane comes a rainbow.

You are beautiful, strong, talented, amazing. You are so much more than you think.

I hope that when the new year comes, you learn to love yourself as we love you. Some of you guys hate yourselves and it makes me sad because everyone deserves to love themselves.

If you're feeling like you're nothing, feel free to talk to me, I'm always open.
