Hearing the man's words Baekhyun felt somewhat annoyed with the man's presence. Who is he anyway that he threatens to leave his mom?
Leave his mom.
Those three words sank in his mind and immediately it cut deep right at the center of his heart, no, he didn't heard it wrongly.
What is really happening?
"Hey cut it there.. who are you?" Baekhyun said as he walked between his mom and the man facing him with anger burning in his eyes.

"Oh, so are you her son?" The man scoffed and Baekhyun growled underneath his breath. Taeyeon on the other hand just stood there watching her boyfriend with a little fear seeing how he is controlling himself from bursting out anytime by now.
"Then what if I am? Who are you anyways?" Baekhyun rudely asked and the man shook his head before turning his gaze to Baekhyun's mom who is now standing behind Baekhyun.
"Didn't your dad taught you manners? Oh, I remember he doesn't have any MANNERS left" The man said and Baekhyun furrowed his brows. Why does this man know him and even his dad when as far as he remembers they never met him.
"Stop it, alright"
His mom, she's the only one who knows him. How could she do that?
"You're the one who should sto--"
"CUT THIS FREAKING ARGUMENT NOW! I'VE HAD ENOUGH!" Baekhyun bursted out and all of them who were there was taken aback with his sudden outburst.
He's never like this.
"Tell me.. who is he?" Baekhyun asked his mom with so much anger in his voice causing his mom to flinch.
"I'm--"
The man started out but Baekhyun turned to him. "I'M NOT ASKING YOU!" He shouted and the man can't do anything but to shut his mouth.
"He's.. the man I supposed to marry" Baekhyun's mom answered and because of all the tiredness he felt. Baekhyun stumbled back and Taeyeon ran to hold him stopping him from completely falling back.
"You.. You've been seeing this man behind my father's back?" Baekhyun asked in disbelief and his mom nodded with her gaze not leaving the ground.
"How could you do that?" Baekhyun asked with tears threatening to fall down his eyes but he held it in.
"I was never happy with him.. I was forced to marry him by my own parents. This isn't supposed to happen" His mom stated and Baekhyun shut his eyes tight.
"But it already did! You cheated on dad!" Baekhyun shouted as his gaze towards his mom hardened.
"I'm not happy with him!"
"But that doesn't mean that I can't make my own choices anymore.."
"For God's sake be ashamed of yourself,! Why did you two even had me huh?! Say, did having me was a forced one too?" Baekhyun asked and his mom started to cry.
"I needed to make my parents see that I'm doing what they want.. but Baekhyun believe me I loved you.." His mom stated and was about to reach out to him when Baekhyun took a step back.
"You're not my mom.. I don't know you anymore" Baekhyun said as he turned back and walked away dragging his girlfriend with him. How come he just knew it by now?
For all those times his mom wasn't back home, he believed that she's just away with work but no, she's away with another man.
"Baekhyun, wait!"
He heard his mom calling him but he could care less. With tears continously flowing out of his eyes, Baekhyun continously walked away from his mom whom he thought was better than his dad.
He's hurt, he's really hurt that he finds it hard to breath anymore. Taeyeon's voice is all that he could hear and other than that he doesn't know, he has no idea of what's really going on around him anymore.
Now he realized that those nights, those days that his mom was gone. She wasn't just at work but she's with another man, cheating on his dad.
Entering the elevator, Baekhyun hardly pushed the button of the floor where they're going and slumped his back on the wall as he covered his eyes with his right arm trying hard to control his sobs. Taeyeon stood there beside him, reassuring him that he got her.
"Let's go.." He heard Taeyeon's voice then he felt himself being pulled to exit the elevator. By then, he just realized that they already arrived infront of his dad's room.
Seeing the number, Baekhyun glanced at his girlfriend and Taeyeon caressed his cheeks gently before giving him a warm smile.
"Go see him first.. I'll be right here waiting" Taeyeon said and tired enough Baekhyun gave her a nod before entering the room, silence greeted him as he took small steps towards his father who is now sleeping peacefully on the hospital bed.
Painful and nostalgic memories flashed through his mind and Baekhyun stopped his pace. Why does he even have to have a family like this?
An abusive father and an unfaithful mother.
Sigh.
That's all he can do.
"What's happening to me? Did I do something wrong that it got me to live this way? Did you know? Did mom ever told you that she's unhappy? Why did we have to be this way?" Baekhyun bombarded his father with questions but silence only answered him.
"Why?"
