BDC Chapter 73

"I said stop it" Kai shouted as he pushed Baekhyun with all his might away from Junsu. Stumbling back, Baekhyun hit his back at the nearby wall as he clenched his blood stained fist, gritted his teeth and shut his eyes tight trying to overcome the anger that controlled him moments ago. 

Finally, the teachers got a hold of them after Kai had managed to pull him off of Junsu. He was a beast and no one could stop him. Seeing this, Taeyeon, even when weak and dizzy tried her best to stand up and walked towards Baekhyun as she walked thre limply. But before she can take another step, everything around her went pitch black as she finally dropped on the floor. 

"Taeyeon!" Yoona's scream awakened Baekhyun and as soon as he opened his eyes, he saw Taeyeon lying on the cold floor. Bruised and bleeding. Getting up, he ran to her as he took her in his arms and rocked her lightly back and forth. "Taeyeon.. Taeyeon wake up" He said while lightly shaking her but Taeyeon isn't responding nor Opening her eyes. 

"Taeyeon!" Baekhyun shouted as her arm dropped beside her, not moving at all. 

2 months later.. 

"Yah Baekhyun.. let's go leave now" Kai shouted in annoyance as he dragged the annoyed Baekhyun towards his car. "Where the hell are we going anyways?" Baekhyun asked as he yanked Kai's arm off him and Kai jsut rolled his eyes with Baekhyun's stubborn attitude. If Yoona's stubborn, then Baekhyun's worse. 

"Why do you have to know?" Kai asked as he threw his hands up in the air and Baekhyun frowned. "Look, I promised Taeyeon that I'll take care of Nayeon. Now please move out of my way so I can get going, I can only be with Nayeon in weekends and you're already wasting me time!" Baekhyun said and Kai frowned. 

"That kid's like your child already and trust me she's lovely. I'm glad you introduced us to her when you visited her.. Oh, also I'm trying to help you out here you moron!" Kai ranted and Baekhyun glared at him. "Whatever. You're just stealing away Nayeon from me. Now, I'm regretting letting her meet you in the first place" Baekhyun said as he pushed Kai away and got into his car. 

Shaking his head, Kai just walked towards his car as he dialled his girlfriend's number. "Hey there" Yoona greeted. 

"Hey.." Kai said lifelessly. "Is there something wrong?" Yoona asked and Kai sighed. 

"Baekhyun's too stubborn" He complained and Yoona just laughed. "You're stubborn too.. by the way where is he? Isn't he with you already? He's going to visit Nayeon right?" Yoona bombarded her boyfriend with questions and Kai can't do anything but to shake his head. 

"He already left and no he's not with me. Of course, he will, he promised Taeyeon that he'll take care of Nayeon" Kai said as he frowned a little. He remembered, the past few months for them was a mess, Baekhyun changed drastically and he faced bits of problems after the school incident. He almost got expelled and as for Junsu, well, he transferred schools after getting out of the hospital. 

Taeyeon? Well.. because of her Baekhyun had changed a lot. He wasn't the same anymore, he got worse. Well, that's what Kai sees. 

"I see.. keeping his promise huh? He's like a good husband" Yoona said then followed by a chuckled and Kai just rolled his eyes. Probably because he's jealous. "Stop saying it.. you're talking to your boyfriend you know" Kai said as he pouted and Yoona bursted out laughing. 

"I was just stating a fact" Yoona said still giggling. 

"Gross. I'm better than him" Kai ranted which caused Yoona to burst out laughing again. "I know.. but can't you see how he took care of Nayeon? Didn't you notice how that kid called him appa when he visited Nayeon with us for the first time? If it weren't for Nayeon's age I would have thought that she's really Baekhyun and Taeyeon's child" Yoona said and Kai nodded in agreement with her. 

"I was surprised at first too when that little girl just came out of nowhere and called him appa" Kai said as he laughed and yoona laughed with him. "Your face was hilarious. I should have recorded it" Yoona said while still laughing and Kai pouted even when Yoona can't see him.

"You're mean" Kai said and Yoona stopped laughing. "I still love you though" Yoona said making Kai smiled like crazy. 

"I know.. I love you too" Kai said while still smiling like an idiot. "Now you have to go here now.. I'm going to kill you if Baekhyun arrives first" Yoona said with her sudden change of tone. If she's sweet earlier then now she's as scary as hell and Kai doesn't want to see that. 

"Y-Yes ma'am.. I'm on my way" Kai said as he started the engine and drove fast not wanting to face the wrath of his girlfriend. 

On the other hand.. 

"Can I have this please?" Baekhyun asked as he pointed at a random cake inside a cafe. Getting it for him, the lady wrapped the cake well in a box and handed it to him with a smile. Nodding his head, Baekhyun paid for it as he made his way out of the cafe and drove towards his next destination. 

Nayeon's place. 

Two months ago, Kangta, being a good friend to Baekhyun decided to transfer Nayeon into a medical center that's nearby Baekhyun's place. He knew that Baekhyun loves the kid already and is missing her, so being a good friend he is, he decided to take Nayeon to a medical center in the city that's just an hour drive away from Baekhyun's place and since Nayeon is just nearby, Baekhyun can visit her every weekends where she doesn't have any therapy.

Stopping infront of a tall building, Baekhyun parked his car into the reserved lot and got out of the car. As soon as he did, the sea breeze greeted him. Smiling a bit, Baekhyun walked his way inside the medical center wanting to see Nayeon already. 

"Nayeon?" Baekhyun called as he opened the door of Nayeon's room. Hearing his voice on the other hand, Nayeon jumped out of her bed and threw her stuffed toy aside as she ran toward Baekhyun and gave him a tight hug. "Appa!" She said happily as she pulled him down and gave him a kiss on the cheek. 

"How's my baby?" Baekhyun asked with a smile and Nayeon beamed a smile. "I miss appa" She said as she pouted and Baekhyun chuckled. "Really? You miss appa?" Baekhuyn asked and Nayeon nodded her head and frowned. "Don't worry.. appa's here already and I bought your favorite cake. See?" Baekhyun asked as he raised the box he's holding and Nayeon's face immediately lightened up. 

"Thank you appa!" Nayeon said as she kissed Baekhyun's cheek again and ran towards the small table that was on her room and opened the box excitedly. Following her, Baekhyun watched Nayeon as she happily open the box before making his way towards the window and opened the blinds revealing the view of the great blue sea, Hearing the door creaked open, Baekhyun looked up and ly to see a person standing there, Being froze on his place, his brain tried to register everything that he's seeing but it failed to do so when that person smiled and opende her arms wide. 

"Are you just going to look at me like that and not greet me?" The person asked and Baekhyun stood still. Not moving an inch. 

"Now.. I'm starting to think that you don't miss me at all" The person added as she frowned and Baekhyun, without any words ran to her as he hugged her tight and buried his face on her shoulder. 

"You're back"
