"Wh.. What?" Baekhyun asked in disbelief as soon as he heard Kai's statement. No, he wasn't as playful as Kai and even when he doesn't like Taeyeon, he doesn't have any intentions on hurting her and worse making her cry because of him, now he's thinking of why did he agreed on Kai's dare in the first place.

"That's just simple.. You're good-looking, smart, rich and a lot of fans adore you and surely that girl will do too" Kai simply said and Baekhyun sighed as he looked down and grabbed a handful of his hair. His eyes stared at the soft features of the table as he thought of ways to prevent his friend from asking him to do that further but it seems like he can't.

"I can't.." Baekhyun said as he looked up again and Kai shook his head.

"Come on, man up!" Kai said as he lightly hit Baekhyun's shoulder as he sighed. He never take his words back so what can he do? He can't oppose Kai anymore since it already slipped out of his careless mouth.

"But.."

"You're not going to take your words, aren't you?" Kai asked and Baekhyun closed his mouth and didn't spoke anymore as he sighed. Nodding his head, Baekhyun stood up as he left Kai and made his way out of the cafeteria with his mind trying to keep the things in order, he wanted to clear the mess he went in but how can he do that when it's his own fault?

He blames himself for his stupidity as he sighed.

Now he wished he didn't have to say those words.

Walking quickly down the hallway, Baekhyun was lost on his own world as he suddenly bumped into something that made him went back to reality.

"On no!"

"Taeyeon are you alright?"

Baekhuyn heard Kai's voice but other than that, he heard a girl's voice. Opening his eyes Baekhyun saw a figure infront of her sitting with another girl crouching beside her, other than that, Kai grabbed his shoulder as he made Baekhyun turn to him. Turning his head back to the two girls, he saw Kai took a step forward as he asked them something.

"Are you two alright?" Kai asked and the other one nodded. Baekhyun knew her, what was her name again? Oh, he remembers now, she's Im Yoona. Diverting his eyes to the girl who's standing beside Yoona, Baekhyun somewhat felt like he froze on his place.

"Yeah.. Thanks for asking Kai" Yoona said as she weakly smiled. Feeling Kai nudged his side with his shoulder, Baekhyun cleared his throat as he nervously spoke.

"I-I'm sorry.. for bumping into you" Baekhyun said but his eyes are looking at Taeyeon. Taeyeon on the othr hand opened her mouth and closed it again before lightly shaking her head. "It's alright.." Taeyeon said above whisper and Yoona turned her eyes to Taeyeon and noticed that her friend is getting a bit uncomfortably.

"Uhm.. Maybe we should--"

"You're going to leave now?" Kai asked as he gave Baekhyun a 'you do that dare' look. Baekhyun swallowed the invisible lump on his throat as he took a deep breath. "Y-Yeah.. he's right" Baekhyun added and Yoona looked at them confused of why the two is acting like that, after all, she heard that Baekhyun and Kai doesn't hang out with the other students much.

"But--" Yoona said and Kai already cut her off. "We don't mind right?" Kai asked as he looked at Baekhyun and not knowing what else to do, Baekhyun nodded his head as he forced a smile. Taeyeon on the other hand was about to leave when Yoona grabbed her hand and smiled at her.

"It wouldn't hurt you making new friends right?" Yoona asked. "Besides.. they're.. nice" Yoona added and Taeyeon took a deep breath before nodding her head. It's not that she doesn't want to join them but she's afraid that the other students might say things about Baekhyun and Kai and she's afraid of it. Other than that, she doesn't want Yoona to sulk.

"She's.. right" Baekhyun agreed and he felt bad about it. First of all, he doesn't want to know Taeyeon in a condition like this even more it's a dare. Feeling guilt building inside of him, Baekhyun sighed as he shrugged it off. He thought, soon he will get used to it and would just play along and give what Kai wants.

"Don't be shy Taeyeon-ssi.. we're not like the other students here" Kai said as he gave her a reassuring smiled and Taeyeon forced hers. As much as she would want to know them better, she doesn't want them to get involved with her troubles.

I think so, Taeyeon thought as she turned her eyes to Baekhyun who turned his eyes away as soon as their eyes met.

"That.. would be great" Yoona said and Taeyeon gave Yoona a smile.

"Maybe we should go now to our next. We all don't want to be scolded right?" Kai asked and Yoona chuckled as she nodded her head. Going with him, Taeyeon and Baekhyun were both left following them. While walking down, the looks of the students were a bother to Taeyeon and Baekhyun saw this as he sighed.

"Don't mind them. It's not like we're doing something wrong" Baekhyun said while looking at her but as soon as Taeyeon lifted her eyes up and met his gaze. Taeyeon looked down and nodded her head before tightening her grip around the books she's carrying, finally arriving, the noisy classroom turned into a silent one as the students turned their attention to the four who just entered the room.

Whispers were heard and Yoona turned to Taeyeon and saw fear in her eyes. But as soon as Kai did too, the look on Taeyeon's eyes immediately disappeared. Baekhyun tapped Taeyeon's arm and motioned her to ignore them and Taeyeon did, hurriedly going to her sit, Baekhyun watched as she settled down.

"They look cute together.." Yoona mumbled unconciously when she noticed Baekhyun staring at Taeyeon. Kai, who was standing at her back heard this and smiled but nevertheless went to his seat and remembered the dare he asked Baekhyun to do. He wished that it would go as he planned it would.

"Something wrong?" Yoona's voice rang through his ears that made him go back to reality. Shaking his head, Kai gave her a reassuring smile and upon seeing this Yoona turned to face the front again leaving Kai watching Baekhyun again intensely.

"I hope this works.." Kai mumbled to himself and soon their homeroom teacher came. Now, he turned his eyes to Taeyeon who was instensely looking at her book. He sighed.

His dare may sound selfish.

But he knows that it is the only way and only he can understand and know this.

"Please.. cry"

Now I miss the ice princess :/ but hey guys the story's getting started and it will get better :D So just wait there and maybe.. just maybe I won't be able to update tomorrow.
