Tonight was the first night that Allison and I were going on a date in over four months and I was beyond nervous. Obviously I was excited, but this needed to be perfect for her and I had no idea how to make sure it was perfect. Everything was so overwhelming, so I just started with my outfit.
Once I got out of the shower, I tried on shirt after shirt throwing them at the wall each time and after about 10 shirts I finally just laid on my bed and sighed. That one’s not “dressy enough.” This one is way too nice for the resteraunt we are going to, these two have stains. “WHY CAN’T I JUST PICK OUT A SHIRT?” I yelled to myself. “Mom!” I yelled out. “I need you.”
My mother came upstairs and leaned against my door. “What’s wrong?”
“I need to find the right shirt for tonight.” I muttered.
“Well you aren’t wearing those pants are you?”
“What’s wrong with my-“
“Okay, pants off, now.” She told me as she started to go through my clothes. “Okay wear these black jeans and…” She pulled out the maroon shirt I had worn the night Allison and I had broken up. I was hesitant at first, but Allison has told me that she likes those shirts before.
“Thank you so much mom, you’re a lofe saver. I love you” I smiled and hugged her before she walked out of my room, shutting the door.
I sprayed myself with the best smelling cologne I had, well at least Allison thought it was the best. Then, I put my jeans on followed by my shirt. The next 10 minutes were spent trying to figure out how my hair should look. I finally figured out which style was the best and I was actually sort of pleased. I hoped that Allison would like it, I seriously did.
My phone vibrated and I checked it reading the text from Stiles saying that I could take his jeep. I was so glad because I knew Allison hated going on my motorcycle. I walked out of the door telling my mother goodbye. I rode my motorcycle to Stiles’ house and he gave me the keys to his Jeep. ‘You’re the best bro. Thank you!” I jumped in his car and drove off. Tonight was going to be perfect, just me and Allison like before. No worries, no sadness, just us.
When I looked in the rearview mirror I saw a black shape and then before I knew it, something was covering my mouth. I tried as hard as I could to get away but before I could do anything, everything went black. I was out.
I woke up hands tied above me and legs chained to the wall. No matter how hard I tried, I couldn’t get out and I was freaking out. I wasn’t scared or worried. All I was freaking out about was Allison. How long was I out, did she think I had bailed on her? Was she being held captive too? Was Allisn okay? The thoughts of her being hurt were starting to make me angry.
“Get me out of here!” I yelled at the black figure sitting in the corner. “What the hell are you doing with me?! Let me go.” My eyes started glowing yellow and I growled loudly.
“Calm down Scott…” I knew that voice from anywhere. “We don’t want to hurt anybody else now do we. Maybe Allison perhaps?”
Slowly, Gerard stepped out of the shadow and I saw the grin on his face as he walked closer to me pulling out an arrow. “Now, I think you should get comfortable. This may take a while.”
