Trinity's POV
(One Day Continued)

The vents we're starting to feel cramped as I went along. Cobwebs were in my hair where I couldn't get them out. I stopped and Leaned up against the side of the vent.

I'd been wandering what felt like ages. It was probably past four by now. He'd probably be long gone.

But I didn't want to give up. At least if I found my way there and he was already gone than I knew that I tried and there was nothing else that I could do.

I closed my eyes and took a few deep breathes.

When I opened my eyes i slowly picked up my flashlight and waved it down the vent. There was a light down there. I crawled towards it slowly but surely.

When I got there I let out a sigh of relief.  There was a long scratch in the metal.

Yesterday the heel of my shoe slipped and scratched the vent. Aaron wasn't very happy with me yesterday with that happening.

Luckily for me I knew most of my way from here.

I turned back around and made my way trough the vents. This was taking longer than it should have but once I got there, maybe I could have him help me and find my way from the Walden entrance to the storage room.

When I finally reached the storage room I carefully set my flashlight down next to the side of the vent and popped the vent off and set it back down on the table underneath the opening.

I slowly spun back around and slid out of the vent. My feet hit the table with a light bang. I looked around the room as I unwrapped the bag from around my back and spin the back so it's under my arm.

I turned, and took my flashlight in hand and looked around. "Flash?" I called out. I turned, wondering if I should put the vent cover back on or not.

I almost decided against it but instead placed my flashlight back between my teeth and turned around, quickly scooping the vent back into my grasp and popping it back into place.

When finished. slowly I walked back to the back end of the room and looked back down the aisles one by one. When I got to the end I sighed and looked down.

I was alone. There was no one there.

"Flash?" I called again, slowly looking up. I heard a bang in the ventilation system.

I heard muttering and a couple swears just loud enough to be heard. A smile spread across my face as I walked over to the vent and set the flashlight up to it. I stepped forward and looked through.

Flash emerged and my smile grew wider.

"Looks like you actually showed up." He said with a small smile pulling at the corner of his lips. He crawled forward and I set down my flashlight and went to pop the vent off.

He gave me a look as I reached out and pulled on the vent cover. "What?" I asked. "Didn't think that a girl would pull the vent cover off for you?" I joked.

He shook his head. I picked up my flashlight and took a step back as he slid out of the vent. "No. I meant that a Phoenician girl would come down here all by herself." I narrowed my eyes at
him.
