Trinity's POV
(2 Years Eight Months Twelve Days)

The door opened and slow I sat up from the bed. My guard walked into the room with a small smile on his face.

"You have some visitors." I looked at him questioningly.

Usually when I had visitors they would tell me a couple hours in advance before they came.

Slowly I slid my legs over the side of the bed. "Who is it?" I asked.

He turned around and motioned for whoever it was to come in. My eyes immediately began to water and tears started to streak my face.

"Mom? Dad?" They both looked at me and smiled as tears began to run down their faces as well. I jumped up from the bed, pushing myself off and running towards them.

They both reached out towards me. I held onto both of them tightly as they held onto me.

Home.

I missed being home.

I began to sob into them, not being able to contain my emotions anymore. I was going to inevitably die soon. I wouldn't see them again when I did. And I felt so safe. I felt secure standing with the two of them.

My mother began to cry as well. Not as hard as I was but she cried all the same. Even my father let a few tears spill down and onto his cheeks.

We were a family. I just wish I could've held onto that a little longer.

"I love you." I whispered.

"I love you too Hun." My mother whispered.

"I love you Trinity." My father said in his gruff voice. I looked at the two of them and smiled through the tears.

Home.
