Trinity's POV
(Four Months Fifteen Days)

I knocked on Aaron's door as I stood shifting my weight from side to side. We might have been talking for awhile it didn't make things any easier. I always felt like he would snap again and that would be it.

The door glided open and Aaron quickly looked in both directions down the hallway before grabbing my arm and pulling me inside. The door was closed quickly behind me and we were left in the dark.

"Aaron what the hell?" I yelled.

Immediately he shushed me, pressing a finger to my lips. I shook my head and swatted his hand away. As my eyes adjusted I made out some features and his silhouette.

What the hell?

"Maxwells not here yet. I want to scare him." He pulled me over to the side of the door. I pressed my back to the wall next to him, the light switch placed in between us.

I smiled to myself, beaming like never before. It was nice to see him playful like this.

Suddenly I felt something on my leg. It felt slippery against me. It was lifting the leg of my sweatpants. I screamed as I jumped back and slammed my back into the light switch.

The lights turned on and I saw Maxwell on his knees. He was laughing as he rolled around on the floor. Aaron was leaned over laughing along side him.

I crossed my arms over my chest and narrowed my eyes, trying to be angry with them. But with the two of them looking so happy and laughing, Maxwell looking ridiculous wearing a white rubber glove on his hand, I couldn't help but smile and soon laugh along with them.

Suddenly I heard a stern but soft voice from down the hallway. "I told you that was not nice." Mrs. Tanner said as she smiled, walking out of her room. Her golden blonde hair shone against the lights and her green eyes shining.

"Mrs. Tanner!" I exclaimed as I ran towards her. She smiled, opening her arms to me and I jumped into them. "I haven't seen you in so long!" She laughed as she hugged me.

"I know sweetheart. I haven't seen you since your birthday over four months ago. You look so much bigger now." I laughed as I hugged her tightly.

"Well I guess you don't care if you haven't seen me in awhile." I pulled back from Mrs.Tanner and jumped on Mr.Tanner. He laughed as he wrapped his arms around me, holding me close.

"I missed you too Mr.Tanner."

He laughed as he held onto me. "You're like the daughter I could never have so I expect to see you often."

I smiled wide as I pulled away from him and bounced on my toes. His hair was still a dark brown as usual, same length same anything. Neither of them had changed.

"You're the like best father I could ever wish for." He smiled, making his hazel eyes light up as he ruffled my hair.

"That's all I wish I could hear."

"Now we better be seeing you again soon. We're going to the Greens but I hope to see you around again." Mrs.Tanner scolded, her motherly tone coming out.
