Haiden's POV
(Seven Months Seventeen Days)

Everything around me was enveloped a bright white light. So bright in fact that my eyes couldn't handle it and I had to look away. Things slowly toned down as my eyes adjusted and I was able to look up from my arm.

I was wearing all white, which probably didn't help with the intensity. I looked around and far away I saw two figures. They were standing what seemed like not even a couple inches apart, but from this distance could have easily been over ten feet.

I checked the rest of the area. Seeing no one i cautiously began to make my way towards them.

As I got closer I saw that they were two women. As I drew even closer I saw the anger etched on the first woman's face. Not only anger, disappointment.

Wait, Dr.Griffen? Why would she be disappointed in anyone?

I turned to the other figure and my eyes widened. "Angel." I whispered. I didn't care if her name was Trinity, after seven months of knowing her name was Angel it made it harder for me to switch.

Plus I liked Angel better.

Immediately I rushed forward. I tried to go too fast and easily tripped and fell onto my knees on the soft translucent ground. When I looked down I realized that we were in what seemed to be a dessert.

The sand was hot against the skin of my hands and even against the skin through the fabric.

We're we back on earth?

I smiled brightly as I looked up at the sky.

Had humans finally made it home?

I looked up and saw that neither of them noticed me. The smile fell from my lips.

They were too busy yelling at one another to see that I was there. I pushed myself back up and this time made my way quickly and more carefully towards her.

"Angel!" I screamed. Her eyes never wavered from that of Dr.Griffens and I became more worried.

"What do you mean I can't do what I want?!" She screamed.

As I neared them, the wind picked up and sand started to move in what seemed to be what she had told me was a tornado around us.

I looked up in amazement.

We were standing in the eye.

"I don't care! You need to get away from that boy or you'll become attached and get hurt!" Dr.Griffen yelled over the howling and whipping of he winds.

I turned back to my task and continued to claw my way towards Angel. I attempted to call her again but loud bolts of electricity shocked the sky and drowned out my pleas.

I looked up again and the sun was gone and replaced by dark and merciless clouds.

"It's too late for that you dumbass! You aren't and never will be my mother and neither will anyone else!" I looked back at Angel shocked. She never said things like that.

"Trinity!" I tried. Once again she didn't even gaze in my direction.

"He'll ruin your life!" She screamed.
