Skylar walks into the room. She smiles innocently.
"Oh! You're alive? Ready to go?"
We all stand up and leave the room. Once we are far away Skylar stops. We all do as well. She turns to us.
"This was your choice. You brought his upon yourselves. You will regret this choice as long as you live which may not be very long. I can't believe you are all alive! I guess I'll just have more fun."
She turns around and we all begin walking with her in front. I see Sunny's pupils become dilated. What if she does something.
"That's funny. You think you can get away with that Sunny."
Sunny returns to normal. Skylar seems to have eyes in the back of her head. It's crazy. How did she know? Maybe she is more powerful than we thought.
"Yes I am, Rainy. You won't be able to stop me."
"Can you see into our minds?" I ask.
"Yes. That's what happens when you're the universe. Cole you know you can't. You're too weak. Get some logic."
"Get out of our heads or else!" Cole threatens.
Skylar laughs and it makes me sick. "Eliza's right. You should stop risking it. I could hurt you more than you can ever imagine."
"Empty threats don't work!" Cole yells.
"I'll show you this isn't an empty threat," she laughs which makes my insides feel like they are tangled into a knot.
We eventually get back to the school. Skylar was scaring us the whole way back. She kept on reading our minds. I hate she can do that. It is terrifying and it makes me regret bringing her back. No! That's what she wants. I will not think that. It's just a complication. Eliza bursts into my dorm.
"The threat wasn't empty! Somethings wrong with Sunny!"
