Larten, Arra, Vanez and Seba left.
So it was just Gavner, Harkat, Kurda, Darren, and I left in the cell.
"You better heal fast, Darren." I say.
"I hope I do." He says.
"You'll die if you don't make it."
"Thanks for the support." He says sarcastically.
"No problem." I say, smiling.
He chuckles, which I can tell hurts.
"You should rest." I say.
"Yeah. She is right, if you're gonna heal you need to sleep." Gavner says.
"OK." Darren says, as he closes his eyes.
We exit the cell to let him sleep and talk outside for a while.
"You two really are close friends." Kurda says.
"Best friends." I correct. "You two are also best friends." I smile.
"Cool, the four of us are group of best friends." Gavner says, laughing.
"Yeah." Kurda sighs.
"Oh, do you not want to be our best friend?" I ask, Kurda.
"What would give you that idea?" Kurda asks.
"'Yeah' that's all you said, 'yeah' does not sound very happy."
"Wooohooo?"
"Better."
My stomach grumbles and we go get something to eat.
Yummy bat broth, bread, and disgusting warm milk.
It was only Gavner, Kurda, and me, but it was still fun.
"This is great." I say grinning.
"I'm glad you're happy." Gavner says.
"Larten told me that you used to be shy, is that true?" Kurda asks.
"Somewhat. I wouldn't talk to anyone but Darren and Evra."
"Evra?" Gavner asks.
"My best friend back at the Cirque, he's a snake boy."
"I see."
"I also used to sleep a lot, skipped school often too."
"Really? I can't see you doing that."
"I did, it was great. Until Darren 'died'."
"I seriously can't imagine you being a heavy sleeper." Gavner laughs.
"Nor can I." Kurda sighs, "I guess time changes humans drastically like that."
"I don't think it's just humans." I smile, "I think time changes everything...just you vampires don't realize it because you have so much time."
"Philosophical, Tux." Gavner jokes.
I laugh, "Don't joke like that."
"You know...you can be really smart if you try." Kurda jokingly flirts.
I blush and push him away, "Don't joke like that either!"
Gavner and Kurda both laugh at my embarrassed self which causes me to turn and even darker shade of red.
"I dont understand you." Gavner says once he finally stops laughing, "I've never met someone so...unpredictable before."
"What do you mean?" I ask.
