I heard the others yelling, but was way too busy covering my face from death to pay attention to their own screams. After the initial shock I quickly regain my sanity and figure out a way out of this mess.
"The temples collapsing!!!" Darren screeches over the noise of rocks crashing and the Kulashaks screaming in panic trying to get the Grotesque out of the building.
"This way!!" I yell pointing to where the Kulashkas just got the monster outside - but I was too late and the exit crumbled behind the large group.
"There's no other way out now!" Darren yells.
I see a large hole and obviously the others see it too.
"No time t' think! Hop in, boys!" Spits yells while jump in in the hole.
"I'm here too you old geezer!" I yell jumping in after him.
"You guys go ahead!!!" I hear from behind Harkat.
"What!?" I scream and begin climbing out of the hole.
I end up falling down and and hitting my back hard on the ground. But luckily it was just as Darren jumped in with Harkat.
"You guys alive?" Darren asks.
"Some how." Harkat answers. "Where are we?"
"I think under the temple. Good thing there was a cave here." Darren chuckles.
"If ye hadn't gone prancing about in that bloody temple we'd have all the fresh air in the world t' breathe!" Spits yells.
"We weren't the ones who... tossed bombs when there wasn't a need! We'd agreed to a deal... they were letting us go!"
"They'd've strung ye up and ate ye fer breakfast."
"Easy you two." Darren says. "Tux? You alright? You haven't said anything."
I stand. "Yeah. Next time don't do things on your own like that."
"Alright, what's more important is that we have the holy liquid now. Let's concentrate on finding a way out and leave the finger pointing for another time."
"It was Spits fault." I whisper to Harkat as we begin walking down the dark cave.
After about half an hour Spits starts complaining. Is he serious right now?!
"I can't see a thing. My feet hurt. Are we there yet?" He asks in his over exaggerated pirate accent.
I just want to punch him so hard in the nose, hopefully breaking it and taking away his ability to take a breath.
I bump into a wall and fall on my butt. "Ow!" I yell rubbing my forehead and standing up again.
"What is this?" Darren asks. "Its like a door."
He opens the door-like object and it reveals a bright lit up room.
"Wow!" I yell practically running in.
The room was like a kitchen, or - sorry - it was a kitchen. There was a table in the middle with two glass bottles on it. Other than that the rest was a kitchen- stove, cabinets, fridge.
"Whiskey! Whiskey!" Spits chants while picking up one of the two bottles.
Darren, Harkat, and I find some pictures from our world, Big Ben and the Statue of Liberty included.
"This looks like..." Darren begins.
"Eeeee!!!!" Spits screams.
"What?!" I snap as we all look at him.
