I sigh as I look at the animals she ever so generously zapped with her magic and see they are all unconscious.

Magic sure comes in useful, huh? It must be nice to be a child of Mr. Tiny.

"Come on." She says. "I made a camp not too far. If we are gonna chat let's do it there. The spell I put on them won't last long."

"Right." I say. "Darren you have the globs right?"

"Yes." He says holding them up.

We walk to Evanna's camp.

When we got there. There was already a lit up fire for us to warm up next to. I noticed the three logs surrounding the orange flames and just want to fall asleep at the relaxing sight of the fire. I mean who wouldn't want to after a night of no sleep and walking through mud?

"You are quite revealing, Alicia." She says, dragging me out of my dreams.

"Well I'm not... not gonna be." I say. "We went through a large desert for about three weeks after all."

"Your not not... Never mind." Darren says.

We changed into clothes Evanna has provided us. She took my dirty shoes - that I regrettably sacrificed for Darren's safety, but look what that did - and cleaned with her magic. Not that I'm complaining, its better than walking around in soggy shoes and socks.

Darren was in a normal tee shirt and jeans. Though he looked like his normal self, he still looked really- stop Tux, just stop. He's so much younger than you are! Sure maybe not mentally, but definitely physically. He looks seventeen, but how can he be seventeen when I'm twenty something and we grew up together?

Its not pedophilia, thinking about how he is a vampire and its fine. Now if he were younger it would be strange. Snap out of it Tux! He loves Debbie! You can't be thinking like this when he already has someone else!!

Harkat was in his usual blue robe. Robe hitting the floor covering his ugly scarred up feet. Once we get back to our world or timeline I'll buy him some shoes. Though they'll probably be baby sized, being a Little Person must suck.

I was in a jacket that was too big and a skirt that goes mid thigh. I pull on my knee high socks and boots - that are now dry, thanks to Evanna. Normally I would throw a hissy fit about how this jacket isn't exactly my style or something, but I'm way too exhausted for that.

Harkat and Darren stare at me, and I get extremely uncomfortable and agitated.

"What?" I growl.

"You look..." Darren begins.

"What's the word?" Harkat asks.

"Cute?" Darren suggests.

"No." Harkat says. "Small?"

"What are you two babbling on about?" I hiss, but of course - to no ones real surprise - they ignored me.

"No, frail?"

"Innocent?" Evanna suggests.

"Yeah!" Harkat and Darren say.

"Cut your hair." Darren orders.

"What? Why?"

"It will grow back over night, just do it." Darren says.

"I don't care if it grows back or not, its my hair and you can't order me around like that. Im not a vampire."

"I'll convince Evra to let you have Shancus for a day."

Being swayed with the fact I'll be able to hang around my nephew without being screamed at I do as ordered by the young - its so weird saying young when you're used to century year old vampires - vampire.
